As an F45 member, I'm hooked! The trainers are top-notch, pushing me to achieve results I never thought possible. The variety of classes keeps me engaged, and the sense of community is unbeatable.

F45 Longbranch’s coaches and trainers are very knowledgeable and so friendly! Throughout my first week (and beyond), they helped with my form and gave advice on how to approach my first week. I knew after my first class that I would be joining as a member. It’s very clean and welcoming space with everything you need ready to go for the scheduled workout.

Best workouts - great atmosphere and amazing staff! I am LOVING my time at F45 - originally I signed up on a 10 - day trial because I’ve always seen videos on IG and the workouts looked intense but I was a little intimidated. After my first workout, I was instantly hooked and I wished I had joined sooner. The staff was genuinely looking out for new-comers and making me feel so comfortable - while also pushing me to my limit every single class and ensuring the workouts are done safely and effectively. I’ve been to many classes now and you get the same attention to detail every time. I’m looking forward to crushing many more goals & continuing my fitness journey at F45!

I started about a month ago at this location, and I am very happy with the choice I made. The coaches from Long Branch take the time to guide you and show you the proper form for each type of exercise.

My favourite place! The coaches are truly amazing; they go above and beyond to assist with everything and offer great fitness advice and tips. The atmosphere here genuinely feels like being part of a supportive family.

Love F45 Long Branch! It's the only workout routine that keeps me consistent and coming back for more, absolutely worth the money. The staff is great and always there to help you keep proper form and explain the exercises. Been coming for 6 months now and have only good things to say.

I have been working out for over 17 years at numerous gyms (Family fitness, Premier, LA fitness, and Goodlife) and I have never found any weight class/routine that I did not despise. F45's weight classes are amazing!!!! They are very hard so come hungry for a tough workout but I actually enjoy them. The coaches here are so incredible and helpful. They are always watching your form and making sure you are not going to hurt yourself while getting the best workout. I know it's pricey, but it's like getting a full body workout with a personal trainer each visit so it is a good value. And you are in and out in less than an hour!

I am really enjoying F45 Long Branch! I felt super welcomed on my first class. The studio has a very chill and inclusive vibe. All of the instructors are friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend trying a out a class here!

I've recently joined F45 Long Branch TO and it's been a great experience. They offer a relaxed and inviting environment that made me feel good as a newcomer. The coaches are very supportive and guide you throughout the classes in a way that gently encourages you and ensures you're doing the exercises right.
Looking forward to keeping F45 as part of my routine going forward!
