This Pharmacy at 85 The East Mall is Hands Down the Best pharmacy I’ve had. Many years ago I was with Shoppers and thought they were very good.
Sadly after many turnovers there changing of Pharmacists, it really changes the whole Dynamics. Along with a very large chain, you lose that individual customer care.
Not with IDA PROCARE they have gone above and beyond customer care. They truly care and work hard to help .
Michael (Mike) always goes that extra mile, truly cares about your healthcare and wants to help in anyway he can. They put a smile on your face, are very kindhearted people. I am so grateful for everything you guys do. There is NO PHARMACY like them . Putting patients first is their first priority ♥️ I can’t Thank them enough,

This pharmacy on 85 The East Mall is the best pharmacy for Service, caring staff, helpfulness and beyond. The pharmacist there goes above and beyond to help you. I am very appreciative of his help. Everytime I call him, he does everything to hep you. I just never know how to Thank Them. THANK YOU! THANK YOU!

I have been using this pharmacy for a few years. They changed hands recently, they send and charge me for Meds I didn't order or need. I am looking for a new pharmacy.

This pharmacy have the best staff. Everyone here is very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable! They also have a very fast service, I never have to wait for more than a few minutes to receive my medication. I’m truly impressed.

I’ve had issues with the service before due to the same person but this time was the last straw. I will never ever shop here again. One lady is so rude and argues with customers with no concept of customer service. Everyone else seems nice but this one lady needs to go. What a disgrace.
