Love the selections for brides and grooms. After a really long time looking I found exactly what I wanted for my Nikkah ceremony. My bridal dress was also at a very reasonable price and all the ladies helping me were nice and helpful. I'm looking forward to posting pictures of my gown after the big day!

I recently purchased a kurta from this store before Dusherra this year. So I just want to share my views:-
1. If the employee knows that you’re an Indian (obviously mostly Indian or Pakistani community people buy from this shop) or you speak in Hindi than they treat you as you were treated back home.
2. Specially, I was attended by a lady ( name- Shabnam) her way to talking with the me was not appropriate or very formal. She thinks like- ye dress iski aukat se bahr hai. She was not welcoming, polite etc., especially she was saying word to me like TU. That’s not the way I felt very bad at that moment. May be she’s relative of the owner.
3. The prices are relatively high, so always compare or feel free to reach other shop which is very close. Trust me you’ll get the great deal or experience.
4. They never disclose the final amount. At the time of payment they add gst ( hidden charges). Moreover they never give you the original invoice.
My suggestion:- being a business owner of the shop, it’s a duty of the boss to make sure that the customers must be treated appropriately by the staff, doesn’t matter whether a customer wants to buy something or not.

I’ll never recommend this shop to any know persons and to those who are reading my review.

Ekta and her team did such an amazing job, we had to get a blouse fixed up and the work they did to make it match the sharara, the attention to detail was amazing! I highly recommend their collection and work. I feel they’re honest and willing to work with their customers and just overall very nice people. The stores were also kept neat and presentable, excited to have such an awesome place to go!

Had an amazing experience here! Amazing customer service and super helpful staff. They were extremely accommodating, especially when it came to choosing the perfect outfits for the events. They had a beautiful selection of outfits and got to pick mine within a few minutes! They just gained a life long customer!

This place checks all the boxes. The selection is extensive and of great quality.
The customer care here is amazing.
Afshan took great care of us. She was patient and understood our needs even better than we did. She invested a lot of time to find us the right outfits after we made our selection we met Ekta kapoor the owner who was also equally helpful. They really do make you feel like family and they have a genuine interest in helping their clients.
We wish Ekta and Hitesh a lot of success with their new store at 31 Queen St., South in Mississauga. We are looking forward to visiting Ethnic Collection again.
