Came at 11:45PM and he said we couldn't buy gas until midnight. Well at midnight price went up 10 cents. They also decide to count all their cash, and everything with a line up of customers waiting to buy food and water. Avoid this location.

Good location. I love ESSO cuz they have scene points and PC optimum. "Recently had the chance to stop by an ESSO gas station in Toronto and was quite impressed with my experience. The location was very convenient, situated close to major roads and easily accessible. Upon arrival, the station was clean and well-maintained, which is always a pleasant sight. The pumps were in good working order and fueling was quick and hassle-free, which is much appreciated during a busy day.The service here deserves a special mention. The staff were friendly and professional, willing to assist with any queries. Inside the convenience store, I found a wide variety of snacks, drinks, and essential car accessories, making it a one-stop shop for travelers. The prices were competitive, aligning well with what you'd expect in the area.Another aspect worth noting is the station's commitment to safety and cleanliness, particularly in the current climate. Sanitizing stations were available, and social distancing measures were clearly in place, offering peace of mind.Overall, my visit to this ESSO gas station was a positive experience. Asked my id twice when i went to buy cigarettes. Even after showing my id he was denying to give me cigarettes as he said it doesn’t look like my own id . I am 27 year old have full grown beard . This kind of behaviour is unacceptable. This is not acceptable as being a regular customer. I live next to the gas station and buying from them everyday. Denying to serve is not acceptable

Convenient location, lit up very well. This is also the only gas station I have seen that they have gloves for your usage (actually stocked). There is a Tim Hortons inside (actual store, not self serve). Plenty of parking as well for shopping. They also take pc points!

Honestly I give up on this dumpI've been here about five times to get gasThree of those times the pumps are out of serviceToday right now as I sit in the parking lot their entire system is down not only can't I get gas I can't buy a lottery ticketFix your problems but don't worry about it I promise I will never even think of this place to get gas againI'll just make sure I get to Costco before they close or hit up the shell gas station along the wayBut at least I got myself a coffee

Very but service!!! This Gas Station’s lately customer service is very bad because I have been coming this place for few years now and never had any problems at all, but was very happy with the service! New employees they have now are very rude, zero responsibility and no respect to their customers at all! I would like them to get their old customers service back!

I’m have been using this gas station for more than 2 years, but lately very bad customer service and the worst experiences I ever had. Stuff doesn’t seem to care about their customers at all and do not feel any responsibility to their customers or their work. They have new young employees and I would like them to be fired! Those new employees rob every customer for $5 to help them to pump or help them when they ask for any help. Every time whenever I go there they are always on the phone and they do not even respond customers for their questions or anything they say. I want them to be gone or I won’t be going to this place ever again to get a gas!!!

I went to esso I came for fueling in my car and I asked the person to help to meet the manager the guy name nayan was rude to me and out of the blue I even asked for job vacancy for my friend he said we are not hiring very rudely. Worst experience
