“Edit: What happened after this encounter swayed my opinion on the store. Not one but two people reached out to me from the store explaining what happened and genuinely wanted to make it right and they went above and beyond to make it right. It was refreshing to see a company care about its level of service in this day and age where companies have more leverage over the customer and need not respond to all the bad reviews especially in the consumer electronics/PC space. I can see why it sits on a high rating compared to its competitors store.
Completely wasted my time. Called in to check if 4070 gaming was in stock at their store (even though their website said there were 10+ in stock) because I live far from the store and don't have a car. On the phone they said the same that there are plenty (10 to be precise) so didn't reserve one. After an hr and half traveling I reach the store and apparently they don't have any in stock. Mind you I reached 2 hrs after the call. Terrible experience.”
“we live in Etobicoke, I was looking for a TV store, I was most fortunate to find and select Star Electronics, I went to the store which is conveniently located on Dorchester, Avenue, the service I received was beyond expectations, the product knowledge was second to NONE !!! Razvan was honest, understanding and a pleasure to deal with, I left the store most pleasantly surprised with the experience and extremely happy on how well our needs were met in all aspects of an acquisition- a great place for all TV ? and audio ? equipment ?”

“I love this 7-11 and go there 2-3 time a week, it has a little bit of everything. But like any 7-11, I don't expect the sushi or the hot dogs to be top quality. It's 7-11, so stop with all the one stars. One thing I noticed about this store is how they are always wearing masks and are constantly wiping and disinfecting everything down which makes me feel safer.”
