I believe that this business tries to scam people out of their stuff the minute they see the opportunity to. I would definitely advise against using their services as their charges may appear fraudulent on your card and once that happens they will take the opportunity to passively attempt to contact you (and they don’t seem to ask for a secondary point of contact which I think is on purpose) and as soon as they get the chance they will auction off all your personal belongings.
We had a unit for which our card worked, we even called in once because they had asked us for more info about payment, to which they said not to worry and that everything was fine. Then months later some issue arose with THEIR system, since our card was working perfectly fine with EVERY single other payment being made. They then weren’t able to contact us because 1) they send an obscene about of promotional emails which don’t differentiate from their emails “attempting” to contact people and 2) the number was not available as it belonged to someone who was temporarily out of the country. They never asked for a secondary contact even tho there were 2 other individuals names listed on the contract.
I’ve also been told by someone that used to briefly use these services for a business, that they would consistently “lose” pallets of items without explanation. This place is 100% run by scammers so definitely avoid!!!

I wanted to take a moment to express my utmost appreciation for the exceptional service provided by the movers at the DYMON Storage location in Brampton.
From the initial inquiry with Subhinav and Riya to the final delivery, every interaction with your team was professional, efficient, and courteous. The movers went above and beyond to ensure that my belongings were handled with care and transported safely to the new destination.
Their attention to detail and dedication to customer satisfaction truly set them apart. Not only were they skilled at their job, but they also exhibited a level of professionalism and friendliness that made the moving process much smoother and less stressful.
I would like to extend my sincere gratitude to the entire team at DYMON Storage in Brampton for their outstanding service. Please pass along my appreciation to the store associates and movers

Alejandro and Demani were great. They helped to make a stressful situation much easier for us.They communicated their departure from Etobicoke and arrived exactly when they said they would.They were very professional and efficient.They used runners to protect the floor, which we very much appreciated.Alejandro explained the blanket rental and we took his professional advice on how many to use.They took extra care to wrap furniture.We will definitely be recommending Dymon storage and your moving services.

Alejandro and Nathan were the most professional movers I have ever used. Not only were they incredibly friendly they went above and beyond to provide solutions for some of our moving issues which was such a relief. A totally stress free move. I would highly recommend them.

Great environment, always clean and respectable employees. Such a great environment we've created a 2nd home away from home.Chad does a great job and maintains great customer relations and ensuring he goes above and beyond. Facility is poorly run. They have people working out of lockers as offices in the drivewayI complained 6 times already and Dymon and territory manager Chad has done nothing

Used Dymon to empty about half our house prior to listing it for sale. Alejandro, Victor, and Mo arrived and got right to work. They were not only incredibly helpful and polite, but they took tremendous care of my belongings, were so thoughtful about how they handled old antique furniture that was big and heavy (other movers have been angry and disgruntled about the weight and size) these three men never complained, and were not only gentle but fast and efficient. Also they loaded everything into my storage unit for me, and didn't just chuck boxes in at random. I told them I wanted an aisle to get access to my sons toys and clothes, they ensured everything with his name and any toy related label was near the door. they stacked all the fragile boxes separately and in the back so they were less likely to be damaged. I could not have been happier with this experience. I will be requesting them for the full move out of my current home and move into my new one.

Fantastic facility but HORRIBLE service, billing in particular. My business had a locker at Dymon Etobicoke for over 2 years. On multiple occasions, we had billing issues despite being on 'automatic' billing. Issues included but are not limited to countless emails saying that we had not paid our account (when in fact Dymon had taken the payment automatcially), payment receipts not emailed automatically so our accounting had to request them, account credits being incorrectly administered (one time it took months to have a simple credit sorted) and then billing department employees telling us they would get back to us but did not. Finally, upon leaving Dymon, they wanted 15 days notice - despite our locker being emptied, cleaned and available to be rented out again (but of course, we were told "It's in the fine print.").Again, great facility but you pay for it and good luck if you have billing issues. We literally wasted hours of our time sorting through issues over the past several years and they clearly still don't have their act together; e.g. we didn't receive our final account billing (until prompted). Avoid Dymon at all costs. There are multiple cheaper options in south Etobicoke and that I'm sure have their billing in better order.

Alejandro and Moe they ruled out the red carpets to protect our floors and took very meticulous care of our expensive furniture. They made sure all of our furniture was wrapped in Blankets and shrink wrapped. They we extremely friendly , polite, and had a great sense of humour and job ethic.Great people to be around, I would definitely ask for them again.
