Sam has been long gone from this store. They still manage to maintain smiling faces while helping to serve everyone. In a different way, this location is still great!!
Today's visit was extra special and appreciated. A very kind and considerate worker there whose name was very difficult for me to learn so he said I could call him "Sam". He noticed I had my hands full from holding products. He passed by me and returned with an empty basket for me. This was purely out of the kindness of his Heart. Because of his sincere act of generosity, I kept shopping and filled my basket to the brim. I had intended to only buy what I could hold in my arms. But because of Mr Sam and his giving nature, I decided today was a day to treat myself and splurge and spend more at this location. $63.00 later, I feel good about my purchases and am very appreciative of Mr Sam's assistance. Management better recognise and appreciate Mr Sam's contributions to the company and service team. He elevated the level of customer service and increased sales. I just moved back to the neighborhood 1 week ago, after being in another region for 5 years. You can bet I will give this location of DollarTree every single bit of business I can make excuses for. Thank you very very much Mr Sam!! You help make our world a better place!!

Was absolutely pleased with the gentleman who assisted us tonight (was wearing glasses and wasn’t able to receive his name) but he was actually working the closing shift! From the way he assisted with me trying to locate my lost glasses to providing us with customer service, it truly made our shopping experience spectacular!
I would highly recommend him to anyone as he was so patient, kind and friendly! In summary, his efforts deserved to be recognized because of his outstanding work ethic!

Phillip & Katherine were amazing! When I found my item was putnof stock they jumped on the phone right away and found me my item ar a nearby store. Total,pros in a very well run store, which ain’t easy in that sort of store

George, George, George, George. I dont know who George was but in the hour i was shopping here that name was called prolly 50x+ i hope he was either management or team lead. The store has lots of assortment of items. They have a lot of stuff this store is huge. Any staff i ran into was very good. The lines moved very fast whoever is managing the store has good training. I will def be back. GEORGE!!!!

I went in to get balloons for my daughter's sweet 16 birthday. They did have the numbers. The manager Philip was amazing. He went above and beyond and put 3 amazing balloon arrangements for me. His 2 staff members were amazing as well. It was such a pleasant experience. Thank you for making my daughter's birthday special.

Horrible rude staff.. the two blonde ladies are extremely rude and unprofessional and apparently said “we close early when i said there is still time to 9”The owner must change the staff am seeing sooo many reviews here showing how rude the staff is.. the owner must pay attention before he has to shut doors owing to poor staff

Horrible place... The staff was extremely arrogant. My wife went in to collect something at 8:54 and I got my toddler son of 2 years at 855 and she did not allow me n my son inside on this cold march 28th,2024 evening. This was specifically done by two white ladies on the store i specify white as I saw they were only treating the brown people this way. Another man who was having language problem left empty handed as she was just not letting anyone even speak on his behalf. Pathetic place.. the mangement must look into this. This is for dollar tree 2291 Kipling ave store

I love shopping at this store! There is always a wide assortment of interesting items to buy, e.g. seasonally, and necessities like kitchen ware and foods.The arts and crafts area is a particular favourite of mine because of my scrapbooking hobby making scrapbook binders to donate to long term care homes in Toronto for the residents to enjoy reading.I am so happy that the staff are so helpful and that it is not mandatory to use a self checkout machine to check out your purchases. Here, the staff do the work and I am so appreciative of that. Plus, they are always so pleasant, nice and give excellent customer service.I'm a regular shopper in this store and will return soon to buy even more. This is one happy shopper thanks to Dollar Tree! There is also a Dollar Tree in Orangeville that is excellent, too.

I've been in the store a few times and the Manager with the blonde hair, Ana i think her name was, I can hear her all the way on the other side of the store with how loud she is. Not only that but what she says is very rude and unprofessional, Especially to the employees. Not to mention every time i go in for an hour or so I've never seen her work on the boxes once. None of the other employees are rude at all and i can see them dreading her presence. I got a picture of her a little while ago.

Was good but now it has all old stuff, hardly any new things in stock, store is old and gloomy, looks so depressing, the cashiers looks miserable, and the crazy lady who almost ran into me with her car, crazy drivers in that area. Weird people all around.

The store is ok with good selection but find it dirty even when approaching from the parking lot with dirty glass and doors.

Really good store, I enjoy shopping hereYou can find lots of new stuff here and everything is 1.50 plus tax.Sometimes they have certain sweets marked down for like 25 or 50 cents.
