Andy at DIAMONDS DIRECT in Etobicoke has been amazing and helped me get a beautiful engagement ring.
When getting our wedding bands, going back to Andy was the obvious choice. He helped my fiance and I this time and was great throughout the entire process.

Go and ask for ANDY! He knows his stuff and was a blast to deal with.After visiting several stores inquiring about engagement rings and not feeling entirely comfortable with most sales consultant I was thrilled to have met Andy at Diamonds Direct. He was funny, patient, knowledgeable, and showed me all the options available. Also offering to ship in different sizes of diamonds from their storage and allowing me to take as much time as I needed staring at different diamonds in store before finding the right one.Once I made a decision, Andy was able to secure my custom order and have it ready in time for the date I needed the ring. Always keeping me updated over the waiting period which was very appreciated.Thank you again for a stress-free, easy, and fun experience!
