Pharmacist and staff are vey accommodating, providing professional advice and guidance. I always appreciate them for taking the time to send fax to my Doctor when I need medication refills. The staff and management are polite, friendly and supportive.
So yes, I recommend Costco pharmacy to everyone, their prices are also lower.

Prescription was faxed in at 11:15am arrived at Costco at 4:00pm it is now 5:01 I'm still waiting.
I don't often fill prescriptions but when I do, I'm sick enough to need them.
I'm sitting here with a fever and pneumonia.
I was told they are doing me a favour as faxed in prescriptions usually take THREE DAYS!!!
Do they even realize they are dealing with sick people?

Wish I got the name but the pharmacist I spoke to on the phone but he was super helpful and helped me locate generic medication when it was out of stock at Costco.

I love to shop in Costco so I use Costco pharmacy. But this place doesn’t give you good experiences: always too busy, long lines, hard to get any assistance if you have a question.

I love this place. Not the nearest pharmacy to my home and being situated inside a very busy Costco can be daunting.But I have never been disappointed with the treatment afforded me by the staff at the Queensway Costco pharmacy.I feel heard, cared about and respected.On more than one occasion I’ve asked for a rush on a refill and they went out of their way to get it done. They are crazy busy, but they did it without hesitation.I’m sure they will help all customers the same way. Having a genuine and honest reason for a rush request will get you far and being courteous and respectful will get you even further.I have gotten my many vaccines there. Colonoscopy prep supplies. Iron supplements. Most products are very reasonably priced if not less than others.If I hand in a prescription, the normal wait is anywhere from 30-45 minutes. I kill the time by browsing the warehouse. Always something to see.Great staff!

Ozempic price is $230. Cheaper then Walmart by $25 and shoppers by $60 (it’s ~$290 at most shoppers drug marts)

The pharmacists are so professional and caring. The pharmacy staffs are knowledgeable and courteous. I highly recommend this pharmacy.

This is a place to go to get one’s medications. Line up is not bad, pick up is a bit more waiting time.This Costco is relatively a busy one, so is the pharmacy. Use this place for 25 yrs snd most of the time, a personnel is accurate, fast, polite, problem solving.Their dispensation fee is only $4.25 or close to it.There are not perfect, like calling a doctor to extend a prescription take time. Sometimes, there are a bit in slow mood, but to make a summary, it does not bother me much!I TRUST THEM, FOR WHAT THEY DOING!Yes, I Recommend this place!

All Costco pharmacies are usually 3/5 star but this one is like 0. They seem to mess up time and time again. Poor listening skills to very simple instructions or requests. They don't follow the notes on file that were placed to avoid mishaps in the first place. So they miss things with 2 warnings, an in the system warning and a verbal warning while filling. Huge line ups. Really not a fan of this one.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Have been coming for a few years to get my meds and every single time there is something wrong such as not filling the full prescription, missing certain medications, not being ready on time. I will no longer be getting my script filled here.
