The guys here have done an incedible job repairing my 1993 Ford Probe GT... Ju Chen always makes sure all of my concerns are addressed in a totally professional manner... Master mechanic Dimitri did an amazing job in bringing back the car's true level of performance. Very few shops come even close to the high standards Cochrane Automotive sets. Thanks so much for the all the time and effort put into the extensive repairs on the Probe !!!

From a girl who knows nothing about cars, coming in and asking 101 questions, being scared she would get scammed. The team made my experience such a positive one, the front desk were very sweet and helpful, the technician was extremely informative. I WASN'T upsold, they were able to help me with my problem and explain how to prevent/why it was happening. I couldn't have been more happier, will 100% be coming back.

I was referred to Cochrane Automotive by CAA when my car had broken down. The staff were fantastic from the front desk to the technicians working on my car. Their customer service and communication were exceptional. My car had broken down yesterday and needed to be fixed as soon as possible so we could make the 2hr drive home. They were very knowledgeable and thorough when they were troubleshooting and diagnosing the issue. I was given an explanation to what steps they had taken to diagnose the issue. I'm so glad that they were able to get my car fixed in the estimated time span that they had given. They also provided a loaner car as well, which made it so much easier to move around the city. Although I'm not from Etobicoke, I would highly recommend Cochrane Automotive to the locals there. They're an honest and efficient automotive shop run by the nicest people I've ever met. Thank you so much for everything and for also entertaining my daughter with the toy cars while we were waiting for the car repairs! :)

Yasir at the front desk was kind and helpful.
Dimitri the mechanic was knowledgeable, helpful and provided useful recommendations.
Overall experience I would recommend to anyone looking for automotive assistance.

This team is awesome. I started taking my newer Volvo to them for service (it is still under the manufacturers warranty). Cochrane said they’d point out any warranty work if they saw any. The VERY FIRST visit Cochrane found a broken engine mount and sent me a photo. Based on Cochrane’s advice Volvo is repairing it.
Excellent service !
And the pricing is definitely better than a dealership… no sticker shock

Listened to what my concerns were, why I was getting extra stuff done - provided a detailed and fair quote (and stuck to it), kept to the agreed upon time frame, kept in contact and threw in a few extras. Professional, fair and friendly service all the way down the line.
