Been there twice. One time was 5/5 experience.But on Saturday around 4 30 pm it was 1/5. The girl on shift I would say is 2/10 helpfulness. You need to dig out the help out of her. The guy was as useful as a table lamp. Actually a table lights things and doesn't try to chat up the girl on shift, so maybe hire a table lamp instead of that guy.

Was in the local area visiting from WA State. Stopped in because I love the elegance and gorgeous Club Monaco articles. VERY disappointed in their customer service! One rep was simply steaming away clothing right at the entrance. There were three other reps in and around the shop and not a single person acknowledged that I had walked in. Wow! I walked around for about 15-mins and as much as I wanted to simply walk away, I ended up picking up a couple of basics. It’s funny because the lady who checked me out, asked if anyone was helping me. LOL - I did have to point out blatantly (I did tell her kindly) that “unfortunately I did not get any assistance whatsoever”. She apologized saying “everyone’s just tired”. Hmmm….. Again, just flabbergasted at some Cdn customer service experiences in Toronto this trip. I’ll take my business elsewhere.

Walked in noticing a nice dress on dispay. There were 2 girls standing at the front who did not make eye contact or say Hi when I walked by. I walked a bit to look for the dress on display and I could hear the 2 ladies at the front gossiping about another co-worker and how they just being clothing to customers and dont know how to style them. It was very off putting to hear that as a customer just looking for clothes. I had to approach them to ask for where the dress was which is when they stopped gossiping and acknowledged me. She directed me to the dress and did not ask if there was a size I wanted to try or if I even wanted to try it on. She just walked right back to the front. I then had to ask the lady at the cashier to help me find a dressing room. She was the only one working it seemed like. Later leaving the store i walked right by them again and even made eye contact and said thank you and they still did not say anything. Felt odd shopping in a store with such an atmosphere.

I enjoyed shopping here at Club Monaco. Many nice articles of clothing in the men's section. Customer service was good as well. Looking forward to shopling here again!

I went to return an item today and the girl that was helping me asked to show her the card that matches the number on my receipt. I told her that because I paid with my apple pay, the number on the receipt won’t match the card number. She said check somewhere else then check your settings, and then the situation got even more annoying as the other two employees got involved and provide instructions without even asking them. Very uncomfortable and disrespectful. I end up telling them that if it’s not the same card the payment won’t go through. Again they started explaining irrelevant examples. Omg, just for a return, it is not fair to give customers lectures. Maybe the company should improve their system instead!!

I can wholeheartedly say that, I’ve never felt more invisible in a store. Not a single person greeted me or asked if I needed help with sizing.When I went, during a pandemic, not many people were at Sherway, let alone this particular store.I decided to walk over to Nordstrom for a handbag and cashmere sweater instead; night and day treatment.1 star is too generous; I hope they can get it right for others that go in.Maybe it’s just this location, but I’d rather take up knitting my own sweater, before heading back.

Used to be a reliable apparel store for high quality classics, that always looks feminine and elegant. Unfortunately, prices have been increasing too steeply over the last few years, to the point where it is unjustified for such plain clothing. Also disappointing to see too many synthetic materials that are cheap to make, but prices are still marked up so high.
