Horrible customer service and the staff is completely unresponsive when dealing with time sensitive issues. Calls and emails are ignored. Why bother having a business phone do you don’t answer?

Huge thanks to Laurence Chan and his team, amazing advisor. Excellent customer service, and just very pleasant to interact with. Easy and efficient.
That being said, I feel sorry for branch representatives, they have to deal with issues all across the board… simply because they are client facing unlike other line of businesses within the CIBC (corporate, business, estate, wealth, etc.).
So I applause you guys for continuing to serve your community as best as you can even when some forget to be kind and compassionate.
Your team here represents CIBC well

worst customer service. branch manager is not even helpful i’ve been a cibc customer but this is the worst experience i ever had. one staff was helpful but the manager made it worse.

Worst experience ever....
I went for opening an new account
They booked an appointment at 11 and I have to wait their for more then 1 hours and first they asked me to come at 3 when I denied they started entertain me and open my account. What a pathetic service they have.
Do not make the same I did

The worst line up all the time . Out of 8 available registers , two are working. For the simple transaction, wait is 45 min min . Very frustrating. Nice customer service from associates , they are trying, but wait time is unacceptable

I moved CIBC location to this branch from Roncesvalles thinking they would be able to service my commercial banking needs better. Well, let me tell you. This branch is PATHETIC. Zero customer service.
First I was appointed Priya Newton as my commercial banking advisor. She did absolutely nothing for me, then without a notification I was transferred to ALAN MATOVIC - what a joke this guy is. Without even a conversation or any communication he emails me asking to give him a good review.
I have left ALAN MATOVIC a phone message to call me everyday for the past 10 days without a response.
It gets even better, all I want to do is get a new banking advisor, but I simply can't get anyone to pick up the phone at the branch.
I will be moving my business elsewhere.
CIBC and this branch in particular is the worst.
STAY AWAY.

Possibly the most LAME institution I have ever had the misfortune to have had to deal with ! Call after call after call think anyone gets back to you it would be like winning the lottery !! Complete and utter shambles of a SO CALLED BANK can't wait to get every CENT OUT OF THE HANDS of these gvmt protected GANGSTERS ! Thinking of banking there trust me give your head a shake and go to tangerine or a trust ! DISCUSTED .

Hello everyone, I have bought my first house and got mortgage from CIBC with Harsh Mehta. He was really knowledgeable and able to explain in details with all my queries. He made sure that the process went very smooth till closing date and was also able to give the lowest mortgage rate.

Wasted my time, did nothing and sent me to another branch just to print a portfolio. Really unfriendly and inefficient. Tellers name was madhavi did not listen and refused to book us an appointment, simply just pushing us out of the bank . No help at all .
