“I had the task of looking for a suit for my son’s graduation. I had been everywhere, and we finally arrived at this store. Needless to say, I was tired, and it had been a long day. My frustration must of been evident, because I approached by a kind sales representative named Vanessa who offered to help. Vanessa was absolutely wonderful and did everything humanly possible to exceed the boundaries of customer service. She was patient and understanding, and provided a heartwarming experience that will always be remembered. Her kind demeanour and personality was a breath of fresh air, and she did everything she could to help my son on his special day. She ran from aisle to aisle to assist him, and tailor to his needs. It was an experience that will be remembered. In fact, I would say that Vanessa exceeded the level of customer service received in previous stores by 100%. When the size was not available she didn’t give up. She called other stores and was able to resolve the issue by ordering the suit online which arrived in perfect condition. I don’t know if upper management reads these reviews, but if you do, I would appreciate it if you take this opportunity to congratulate Vanessa for her extraordinary efforts in customer service, and her ability to remind us that people still care.
