I got here at 10:52pm. According to hours, It was supposed to close at 11:00pm. But the employee closed and left area.One more location off my list to ever visit again.

Early evening on September 5th - whoever the "human" was that worked that shift needs to learn manners and how to respect customers. Extremely rude. Myself and one other person (and could have been many more) tried to pay at pump. Said card was authorized but pump wouldn't work. Someone came out of retail store there and said "yeah - you have to pay inside - it seems the pump has a glitch with cards". I thanked that gentleman and went inside to pay after spending 10 minutes in the extreme heat frustrated. I went inside and paid, then said to the "human" working there that he may want to put up sign on Pump 1 so others don't get frustrated". He said "pump is fine". I said "actually it's not, and you know that because others have come in and told you". He turned his back to me and mumble "Machine is fine" . Just an ignorant person. Does not care about the company he works for or customer service. Rude Rude Rude. I wont go back there!

Slow service and could improve the delays . Store is to small to move when 3 six foot and 200 pound men are waiting for service.

I used to be a regular at this car wash, but as of today, I will not be returning.I purchased an ultimate car wash like always, and as I waited in que there was a system glitch and my car was not pulled through the system. I waited, and the code # I entered timed out.Staff member named Moe walked out, blamed me for the glitch, then gave me a code for a BASIC wash when I paid for an ULTIMATE wash — a $7 difference. When I returned to the store for the correct wash, he said he gave me basic since it was my fault that it timed out.I was obviously not okay with being ripped off, or blamed for a system issue, especially while Moe made it seem like he was helping me after giving me the incorrect service. After a back and forth, he gave me a new code, but as I tried to re-enter the car wash, Moe closed the car wash door on me !I reversed out, and ended up pushing for a refund, and all the while, he’s pretending like he did nothing wrong. They definitely just lost a long term customer due to their terrible service.

Paid for a full package car wash. Went through and noticed that it didn't clean my vehicle from the headlights down. I went in to advise the operator. He came out to take alook and said my vehicle had stubborn dirt and offered to use a dirty window washer from the gas bar bay to clean it. I said no thank you and advised him that my vehicle is new (6 days old) and does not have stubborn dirt on it. He offered another wash but this did not make a difference. I asked for a refund. I suggested that he report this to his car wash vendor. During this time 5 customers came in to complain about the car wash. He was rude and refused to admit that something was wrong even though he could clearly see the problem. Canadian Tire head office should look into this matter as customers are not be treated with the right level of customer service and are going next store to the PetroCan with their refund to get a car wash.This will hurt the brand.

I called ahead to ask for the cost of a propane tank exchange. The manager said $45 after I clarified couple times that I wanted the cost of an exchange tank. He then hung up on me. Out of curiosity I went there to see for myself. Turns out the cost of an exchange tank is $24.97!! The owner has been negative and brash in all my interactions with him now and in the past. Cdn Tire needs to replace this guy, or teach him a lesson or two in customer service at the bare minimum. I’d give negative stars if I could for customer service here.

I purchased a car wash on March 13th but was unable to get it washed because the car ahead of me didn’t get their tire in the conveyor and went through the metal plates before entry to the wash. The car had to be removed and the car wash fixed. I was told the ticket was good for 90 days.I went back today for my car wash (March 23) and after punching in the code on my ticket 5 times, an employee named Hassan was sent out to “help me”. He punched in the code and said “This code has been used“. It had not! I explained that the ticket had been in my car, out of view and I was the only one with access to my vehicle. He told me to follow him inside the gas station and he looked up the code on the computer system. He quickly became very rude and informed me that the ticket had been used on March 21st and accused me of lying to get a free car wash. He wouldn’t let me talk and kept cutting me off. Then he told me to leave and wouldn’t give me the managers information or owner info. I have filed a complaint with Canadian Tire head office and have been assured the owner will be made aware of my feedback and will contact me. I will also receive a car wash voucher in the mail. The franchise owner should be rethinking the staff he has employed. Terrible experience, rude employee and he completely ruined my day.

Exchanged a propane tank last week. First time I tried it the valve wasn't working. Took it back yesterday and exchanged it again. The date on the next tank they gave me was already 5 years old but when I tried to change for a more up to date one the extremely rude assistant point blank refused. He also refused to give me the owner's name and number. When I got home the tank was also only about half full. Seems like a huge ripoff. Avoid this place I suggest.
