Ive had so many issues with customer service here on basics it's nearly astonishing. They do have unique things you can't find elsewhere - prescription and non prescription but it's a teaching clinic. The several times I've been here they are slow to understand the situation, slow to act and not customer oriented whatsoever.
They have my refillable or repeat prescriptions, they've called and said its available. I come in, ask for them, say I'll be back in 10-15 mins to pick up the ready to go prescription and it's lost, they forget to do it or didn't bother to help.
The customer experience side needs more attention to detail and better processes to serve the customers better and make the pharmacy much more efficient overall.

Been here multiple times for my prescription.
Roma has been so kind to me every time I am there. Really quick service and the store is beautiful too with a collection of artisan soaps etc. and many other things.

Compounding Pharmacy provides a dedicated and excellent delivery of pharmacy services.I recently assigned all of our meds to their pharmacy. Super happy with my decision.

Their services are very hit and miss. I find that some of their staff are rude and do not want to deal with issues. The pharmacy compounded a cream incorrectly for me. Paid $150 out of pocket. Took the cream to my doctor who said it wasn’t mixed right as it’s flakey. Called them to discuss and was brushed off. No apology, not even an attempt to make it right. Was told that if I want the refill for which I have to pay another $150, they can have a word with the pharmacist. $150 gone to waste. I ended the call saying thanks and took my business elsewhere.

Came here to get my prescription after i got my wisdom teeth out. Best pharmacy I've been too! All were very nice and professional. Gave pamphlets about each drug I got which I found was really cool.

Great pharmacists, helpful, provides adequate breakdowns of the meds and details. Very knowledgeable, makes this difficult time much easier and getting much needed symptom relief cause I can tolerate the meds.

Horrible experience. I was asking for an antibiotic for my 3 years old daughter because it was running out on the pharmacy nearby. They promise it will be ready the next day in the morning. I call them every hour and ask if it's done because in this case I can go and look somewhere else and it will be covered by a health card. Finally, they called me before 1 p.m., and I paid $ 95.In my opinion, if they change the money, they should be much faster.So sad for wasting time and money.
