Mohammed and Sherif were extremely helpful on the phone about my issue. They provided quick quotes and a fast timeline. The work was done very well and quickly and Mohammed even dropped the car back off at our house!He walked us through the quote and explained how things were priced out, and how we could be more efficient with costing, and went over the status of our car, and when other things may or may not need to be repaired I would highly recommend Birmingham Auto.

I can't say enough amazing things about Sherif at Birmingham Auto! He saved my road trip by diagnosing some serious issues with two of my tires on my Audi the day before I was meant to hit the road and was able to turn around getting new tires in, fitted and balanced the morning I was meant to leave. The car never felt better and his commitment to ensuring the car was road-worthy and safe was admirable. He even checked in on me later that day to ensure I didn't experience any issues during my trip. Wonderful and very fair pricing, and top knotch customer service - Considering I just moved to the area, I will 100% be using this shop for any and all future auto work I'm going to need. Great shop! Staff were informative and even talked me out of a repair I asked for because another shop recommended it but it turns out I didn’t actually need it. Who does that?? First I'd like to thank sheriff and the guys at Birmingham body shop. I took inmy 2014 Q5 S line with Rear damage. I was very happy with the job they did!Original I was supposed to drop it at my friend shop , I would've had to wait one month. this was 1st time using Birmingham bodyshop. I will definitely recommend and use them again.

My new best friend! Moe & his team are AMAZING! They don’t try to steal your money like other mechanics do & they do such a good job! I went to him to get a safety as he is located close by my house but after he did all the work on my car I had to fire my old mechanic because of how fast & efficient his team was. He’s definitely my new lifetime mechanic! Oh and he actually calls BEFORE buying the parts to tell you the price. I would 100,000% recommend this place to anyone! I actually just told my mom to leave her mechanic and go to this place (my mom’s mechanic is her brother)!!! That’s how must I trust these guys!

I was looking for a mechanic at a time where everything was closed.I called sherif of Birmingham Auto repair and he met me at his shop within an hour. The services to my vehicle were done efficiently and priced fairly.Sherif and his team are knowledgeable and friendly, and I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for their first mechanic or looking to change for the better.Randy.
