I had a very pleasant appointment with Svetlana. She listened to my queries, had a great eye for detail and made a lot of very helpful suggestions. We got to try on a lot more than I thought in the hour with no stress. Overall a very lovely experience.

The team is incredibly professional and accommodating. Their advice and comments showed their depth of knowledgeable and experience. Suetlana was my bridal consultant and she was actively listening to my comments and criteria. Not only was she choosing the dresses that is in line with my criteria but also flattered my shape. I had an absolutely amazing experience at Best for Brides! Every consultant I interacted with was warm, professional, and truly cared about making my visit special. My main consultant, Svetlana, went above and beyond to help me feel like a beautiful bride. She was so patient and attentive, guiding me through my first dress shopping experience and helping me figure out what I loved. The store manager also provided incredible support, offering advice on styles that suited me perfectly—even made my sister cry happy tears! This was by far the best experience I could have hoped for, and I highly recommend Best for Brides to anyone looking for a wonderful bridal shopping experience.

We went to shop for bridesmaid and bridal dresses for my upcoming wedding and had a really great experience with Svetlana! She was very friendly and brought out multiple styles of brisdemaid dresses for us to try on while also providing information about the possible colours we could order the dress in. While we didn't have an appointment for bridal shopping set up, she encouraged us to browse the store and pick out any bridal dresses which caught our eye and I ended up trying on a few. Throughout the experience, she was friendly, patient, and knowledgeable.

Svetlana was amazing, helping me find my perfect dress within my budget taking all my questions and concerns all into consideration. Overall my experience was more than expected, i will definiatly be recommending this lovely location to any other brides to be because i said yes to the dress here!!

Svetlana was amazing. I had my dress appointment today and was super nervous and didn't really know what I wanted or even what to do. Svetlana was patient and so encouraging just an absolute gem! I found some dresses I absolutely adored and I never felt pressured, rushed or uncomfortable at any moment. It was a lovely time and everyone who came along to the appointment also enjoyed themselves a lot. Lovely dresses, lovely options, but the best part about the experience was the lovely service and the great suggestions!

I had such a great experience here! My wedding is in less than two months which was a huge stresser, and I was about to find the perfect dress very quickly! I went to see bridal shop earlier the same day and the experience fell short of my expectations - no one to recommend dresses that would suit me, poor lightening, and the staff didn't make me feel comfortable.
Best for Bride was a wonderful experience in comparison! Svetlana was lovely and helped me through every step. She was extremely patient, was really great at recommending dresses that would suit my body type, and was able to tailor dress recommendations to styles I was resonating with.
Also the different lighting and cameras that allow you to see the back of your dress are so helpful! Thank you for making my experience as stress free as possible!

I got there late because of an unexpected subway issue. Although a friend of mine harried in time and informed them of this development, the person assigned to me what visibly upset when I got there and kept reminding me of how. Much time I had left while trying the dresses. The arrangement of the dresses were a bit overwhelming and unorganised so it wasn’t easy to look through the racks of dresses. Although I had a budget, I expected the sales person to recommend beautiful options which could have persuaded me to spend a bit more to get my beautiful wedding dress but she didn’t. In the end I didn’t get anything from the store.

Highly recommend. Svetlana was incredible, knew the perfect direction to go for dresses after the first one. She made me feel very special and gave me her undivided attention. Found my dream dress on the 3rd dress. They have lovely workers all throughout the store, beautiful selection. Will definitely be going back for my bridesmaids and mother of the bride/groom dress options.

I came in a few weekends ago to begin my search for a wedding dress. Been with my partner for 3 years and I’m so excited! The girl who helped me was named Devi, and she was wonderful.
