This is by far the worst online experience I've had buying and returning. Their return policy is awful, customer service took half an hour for a manufacturer defect and they finally send a return shipping label that is in text in an email instead of an attachment that refuses to print properly. I will drive by Atmosphere every single time and will never step foot inside one again. Fix and streamline your return policy with free shipping or you will continue to lose customers like this one. Garbage business model that ultimately will fail as can be seen by locations closing one after another.

very bad customer service over the phone they answer and put you oh hold more than 30mins and then hung up

Went to look at backpacks and was met with inexperienced staff and little to no inventory. Really disappointed.

I called them to ask if they had climbing shoes in stock for me to try on. They just picked up the phone and put it down without saying anything. Needless to say I’m not going to bother going all the way there to find out in person - immediate loss of a customer. You do you, I guess.
