I had a fantastic experience at this store! The hospitality is incredibly welcoming, and the place is always clean and tidy. The customer service, especially from Yumi and the entire crew, was outstanding. The quality of their clothing surpasses that of Lululemon, making it my go-to for stylish and high-quality apparel for my wife. Highly recommend!

I was at the store last week. I was approached by 3 different sales people and told them I was just browsing. They continued to ask me questions about why I was shopping and kept asking if they could start me a fitting room. They were super pushy and wouldn’t just let me just browse alone.I got a pair of linens and needed a smaller size. Julia grabbed one from the back, I took it home and it was the wrong size. I have to go back to return them now.

Dropped in to Athleta at Sherway Gardens for the first time and greatly appreciated the friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful service received from Rebecca and Julia. Both ladies were super patient, courteous and extremely customer service oriented; always smiling :) Very nice clothing pieces and lots of variety to choose from. Will definitely visit again!

I popped into the store for my first time and was impressed by the quality and variety of merchandise, as well as the customer service by the two ladies working tonight (8:30 pm, March 29, 2023). They were super friendly, helpful and welcoming even though it was the end of their shift! I was really impressed and will be back!!!
