I only bought two items from them and the person that checked me out, lied to me and said that their weren’t any more small bags. She made me buy a huge reusable bag that I didn’t need and made me pay extra for it. As soon as I exit out the store I atleast saw two people coming out with small bags that said Ardene on it. My price was around $38.50 they did that so my total could round up to $40. Please be aware of the tactics they use. Always shop with an extra empty bag with you just in case. The two items I bought weren’t that big to use an enormous tote bag.

Friendly service and great prices. Smaller sizes are harder to find, but it is my go-to place for scrunchies (3 packs for $10)!

I was there two days ago to buy a sneaker for my daughter. The supposed size 10 runs small as my daughter couldn't walk in them. I went back there to have it replaced with a bigger size but the two cashiers I met weren't even ready to listen. One of them even faulted me for not bringing my daughter along with me. Really! Well, they have both my money and the sneaker with them. I'm sure you ain't expected to have both.*Do not believe Ardene when they come online and ask you to contact them to ensure they resolve any issue.I sent an email since Feb 22nd, no response till date. You have both my money and the sneakers I paid for. Are you returning either my money or the sneakers? I hope it's not what I am thinking.

Pathetic atmosphere. Unprofessional cashiers and managers. Ardene thrives on loopholes and mistakes "oh, earrings are considered body jewellery, even though they're not put in the body jewellery case!" I'm never profiting this company again.Edit: judging by my fellow review-ees, I wonder if the cashiers we encountered were simply racists/discriminatory. The store manager that disrespected me was white and she's been working there for a while now despite her actions.

Would give less than that if possible, went in store, it was just 5 minutes before closing time and we were just quickly looking for something keeping in mind that store is closing in 5 minutes. One of the staff member told store closing in 5 minutes and we were ok with that, Within 2 minutes 4 staff member said same thing, that store is closing in 5 minutes and it was really weird as all were standing close to each other and just trying to let us know store is closing in 5 minutes one by one. Worst ever experience in the store. We just went out when the 4th girl said store is closing in 5. Please be patient or just ask your staff member before repeatedly telling customers same thing which was so annoying.

This is the best ardene I've been too! So big. So many selections. The change rooms are also nice and spacious. The staff are really nice. Next time I wanna shop at ardene in store im definitely coming here.

probably the worst store in whole Canada.There was a line up and the employees were busy chatting with each other. manager was on phone and zero customer service. there was no one to answer questions. worst customer service than walmart or dollarama.

Staff were very accommodating. I was looking for a face mask for my niece that were out of season and the staff checked the back to see if it was still there and it was. Thanks Ardene Woodbine!!
