Outstanding service. I had my tire shredded and got a tow here. I went inside and asked if they would be able to help me. I given immediate attention and helped very quickly. They only had one tire that was my size however it was used. I was able to look at the tire to decide if I would like it or not and they were able to get it on my car right away. I was in and out in about 20 minutes! Price was also great. Highly recommend.

These guys are lifesavers. I had a full load on my truck and could not wait for my scheduled tire service. They quickly left what they were doing to come inflate my front tire and when I asked how much they said "dont worry, you dont have to pay"Thank you again guys!

I went to the guys for a wheel balancing appointment and told them about my previous experience with a nearby garage and that my car wasn’t fixed by those guys properly, which hit a curb. Jerome was so nice , he didn’t charge me or anything and just advised me about what the possible reasons could be for a steering play and then asked me to go to the previous mechanic saying that it’s his responsibility to fix it since he already charged me .Anyone else would just simply try to take money for Atleast a diagnosis.Honesty , hard work and utmost responsiveness to their customers are the key values of the people here.I’m gonna go to these guys everytime now If i have a problem in the future.Thumbs up guys!

Excellent service! My family and closest friends have been going to 5 Bay for about 17 years. They are a family run business and takes pride in their work and building client relationships. Nick has always looked out for what is affordable for his customers. I would always recommend 5 Bay to all of my contacts.
