The dude doesn't grind rims, how do you install a tire on a dirty rim? I was a tire technician for over 10 years I would have been fired if I said I wasn't grinding dirty rims.
And his customer service is absolutely terrible!!!!! I litteraly don't even know how he's still in business!!!

I do not recommend this service, which does not know new technologies at all. The unlucky employee vasily who works there is simply not competent. I wanted to give him a punch in the beard to come down from heaven to earth.

He is one of the best tyre guys in the area. Straight forward, no ifs and buts. Very dedicated to his work. No appointments. You might have to wait for your turn as he is busy throughout the day.

This guy installed my winter tires on original rims 3years ago. I noticed some weights broken off the rims and the car was shaking on highway speeds…indicating tire balance needed. I show up to his shop as he’s installing winter tires on another car. I say my tires need balancing. He says “ I DON’T BALANCE WINTER TIRES…you left wheel spacer on” in an unfriendly tone . I tell him these are original rims and so are my summer rims. Lost any trust of him. What tire shop doesn’t balance winter tires ?! Walked right out. I can see how he’s lost customers.

I received horrible customer service; the owner called my language crazy and hung up the phone. This attitude is not acceptable in Canada, a country that values inclusivity for everyone.

I had the pleasure to meet the owner and he fixed me two flat tires in my car. He is a ver busy person and straight forward, but don't be fooled, once it was my turn he became the nicest guy and with very good advices about tires. I recommend this place if you have a flat tire.
