Very poor customer service. There’s barely anyone available on the floor to help you find a size. The majority of their jeans are folded and stacked on top on one another making it extremely difficult to shop. The sale section is an even bigger joke. Nothing is organized so you’re just going through piles of clothes. There’s no one in the dressing room to speak to if you need another size either. You literally help yourself everywhere in this store. I don’t recommend shopping here. Go to another location or shop online !

Ventured an hour to this store just to be disappointed. Staff is seemingly too busy hiding in the backroom. I mean they are there but not to help you so don't bother asking. The store looks like no one has ever folded or put anything away in their lives.Absolute joke of an establishment.

Not a lot of inventory to select from. The shelves are not organized which makes it hard to find what I’m looking for, plus there is a lack of signage to see where everything is. There’s almost no one ever walking around the store to offer help and the fitting room attendants are either too busy talking to each other to help or not present.

I hate giving bad reviews, but, the customer service at this store was notably atrocious. I tried on a handful of things, nobody was at the change room and I went back and forth on the floor to get sizes 3 times with no staff in sight. The staff I eventually saw actively ignored me. No hi or anything. Even at the cash register, I approached the young lady working there and she did not greet me. I literally waited there until she stopped staring at me and it was so awkward. Not sure if they are short staffed, but there definitely needs to be a training session on how to be a decent (and friendly?) employee towards customers. The overall tone of shopping here was not good at all. I feel like I just shopped from a self-serve centre.

First time at this store shopping for jeans. Chris M helped me find exactly what I was looking for and more! He was so patient and helpful. He kept bringing me different models of jeans to try on till I found the one I liked. I ended up buying 2 pairs! He was such a great sales person and kept going back and forth to help me find what looked best on me. Great service!

The store is always mess, they never restock its been almost a month & All they have is XXL and XL in the whole men's front room. There is never any staff available to ask questions. Does this store not have a district manager who comes to check what's going on?

eally bad experience with their online delivery. the courier company they have hired is a fraud. the delivery guy places th parcel at front door take pics and after that takes back the parcel. An F should refund us. its their courier companys fault. they have hired a cheap company whose reviews say they are scammers and thief. apple express is the delivery service who have thiefs.abercrombies says they cannot refund stolen packages.i will make sure no one buy from them !!!

Considering all the other bad reviews, I still went in looking for pants - no one greeted or even looked my direction, very uncomfortable feeling when you seem to be an inconvenience instead of a paying customer. I left 10 mins later. A&F work on your customer service! And possibly hire people who aren’t 17 yrs old
