I love their clothes but it's better to shop online. The prices are reasonable online and it quicker to see your options. The store is just disorganized and the prices didn't make sense. Everything was just very overpriced.

BEWARE! Do not return anything online, you will never get your money back. Only if you remember to contact them weeks later, they will manually issue the refund. If you have to return an online order, make the trip to a physical store.

I bought 112 dolar pants from here and they pilled after wearing them once and were extremely bad quality. When I went to the store to return them they would not even offer store credit, nothing. If you are going to charge high prices, you have to offer high quality items and high quality customer service.

I went into store to do a return and the store charged me instead of actually refunding me my money. I live 3 hours away, I called the store and they were rude and told me that I'm going to have to come back in order to receive a refund and that they in fact need proof that I was charged and not reimbursed. I then call the online customer service and they have transferred me back and forth to different people. It's been 2 weeks now and I still don't have my refund and I've called regularly and no one has updates. The store won't help me and neither will customer service.

Worst customer service I’ve ever received at a store. Only two Abercrombie stores in the area, and I regrettably decided to go to this one. The girl cashing me out was unbelievably rude because of a simple misunderstanding. Left feeling awful.Long waits for change rooms and returns line. Disorganized, unprofessional. Don’t bother shopping here - this coming from someone who never leaves reviews!

Asked an employee if they had these pants available, she said she’d check in the back for me. After about 5 minutes I ask an employee at the cash if she knows where she went or if she could contact her, she gave me attitude and said “you’re just going to have to wait”. Waited about 10 minutes until I decided to leave. Ridiculous customer service

This store looks like it has never seen vacuum or a duster since its been open. For a company that sells $100 jeans and this being one of the only locations in the GTA....feels like you need better staff, more consistency, and a cleaning bundle

Such a great store to find good deals in the sales section! Found a dress that was on clearance and then they take an additional 50% off. What made the Sherway location five stars is their customer service. A young lady wearing a hijab (I forgot to get her name) was sooo friendly and patient as she processed my three return orders. She explained all the ways that I can return my future orders and gave me tips for how to save. I will definitely shop at Sherway’s Abercrombie instead of Eatons for the next time I shop in person (on weekdays during their less-busy hours, of course)

Seemed like a nice store, very good selection. We ordered clothes on line and even though the sizes we ordered were the same, only 1 of the 4 items ordered actually fit …the others were way off.The returns line was much longer than the purchase line. Maybe not a location problem, just an A & F problem?

Don't waste your money here. Went in on April 10th, store was a complete mess (11am). No other customers except myself. Spoke with a staff member and a manager about a valid return (online order, wanting to return in store). They were extremely unhelpful and lack any basic understanding of customer service. The company return policies clearly are not aligned to serve the customer (forcing us to mail it in for a full refund), and the ethos of the company is clearly represented by rude and unprofessional staff. This was my first and last time ordering from Abercrombie and I will encourage everyone I know not to shop here either. There is a reason why there are only two stores left in Ontario - the product is very cheaply made and the staff are useless and unwilling to help. I spoke directly with the store manager (young woman with black hair), and she provided absolutely no help or solutions. I hope the District or Regional Managers take a look at what's going on at this location, given the countless other bad reviews on Google.

Told me the fitting rooms were open then they “closed” 3 minutes later with no warning. Terrible customer service they seemed annoyed you were even there
