I went here on Christmas Day (during the night) the cashier didn’t say hello, I smiled he did not smile back, I was with my young child and it was evident that he was either extremely racist or prejudice. Even went to pay did not great me again!. Didn’t even say thank nothing! It’s so funny how other visible minorities who work here are racist against other minorities who keep them in business. I’ll never go back here again. The guys face is still pissing me off thinking about his resting rude face. Show your customers some appreciation. And I hope the manager knows exactly who I am talking about December 25th 2023 around or between 8-9pm.

I go here often over the past couple of years and there is always this older man employee who is borderline abusive.When he is working cash, he adds extra food charges on my bill without telling me.Sometimes I don’t catch it n I notice after I get charged for a cookie and a beverage when I only bought a drink.This weird man just gives me the creeps.If I mention he does something wrong he starts talking to me like im a child and like I don’t understand how purchases work.Sketch vibes, idk how he still works there

I keep getting harassed at this store. I’m not sure if he’s the manager or owner but he keeps yelling at me. Always the same guy yells at me. Really rude and bad attitude. No need to yell at your customers who are supporting your store

They have zero customer service skills. Everytime you go in there, they're peeking and watching you it's so uncomfortable. Imagine looking at a customer and not even say hello. I went in there again and paid with money and the older guy was looking at it like he's never seen cash before. Because I'm at humber college it is convenient to go there. But after today I vow to never set foot in that establishment again. The crazy thing is they are nicer to people from their own culture.

I went here to try and redeem my rewards points which was a free slurpee and they would not or could not do it for me cuz it would not accept my postal code which was valid and I even showed them a piece of mail that I had in my purse which confirmed my postal code but their machine not accepting it?Not very happy with either locations on Lakeshore! Very sticky dirty floors and Slurpee machines always seem to be broken leaving two choices out of the eight that they're supposed to have working ??

I just come home without taking anything in this store this store have such a bad worker in night shift they don’t have a manner to how to treat with customer and just start to give a knowledge. 7 eleven is one of most respected store in usa and canada so this type of worker isn’t suit in this store please give some knowledge how to treat customer.0/0
