The service is terrible, today at six in the morning I went to get water and a lighter, and they asked for documents, I am 25, for my height and age I do look like a child? this made me angry, what are the new laws ?and terrible service. I ask the director to consider this person

Very rude staff , Paradeep and Mashuk were super rude and arrogant, never greet instead i greeted them twice but they refuse to answer , overcharged me almost everytime , don't know how to talk to someone.
