Sales team (had to deal with 3 different representatives) just doesn’t care about their customers. Walked in there twice (couple months apart) thinking the first time we got in - they were “too busy”. Well, turns out it’s just their customer service style. They are not interested to sell anything. ?♀️Ended up purchasing a car with another dealership.

Update: My first service with QEW was an awesome experience too, service representative, He mention his name was "Vin" sorry my apologies if i dont recall his name correctly, was exceptionally great, he went above and beyond to answer all my questions and was very friendly, Thank you again.

Not sure with the bad reviews posted on here. IN our experience Oct 28, 2024. Desmond our sales rep was on point ! From the start to the finish all went as planned. We picked up our new fleet car without any issues. All the staff were friendly and professional.

Be careful with their financing department. Before you sign any documents make sure you read them (like ten times) to confirm that the things you have verbally agreed on, are actually the same terms you got on the written agreement.( Especially the interest rate).
They also don't keep their promises and their customer service is horrible. Once they get your money you will be the one chasing them if you need something. They dont respond to voicemails nor emails.

They made every impossible thing to possible
First they helped me a lot to choose which car is suitable for me and which variant is perfect for me
They made my car approval within few minutes and they got my car here within some days as other dealerships are taking months
I strongly prefer everyone to visit there and purchase car from them and make their canada’s hard travel easier

Visited this dealership on the weekend and was greeted with very welcoming salesperson, Karan. He was courteous, kind, polite and very friendly and more than willing to show us whatever we asked for including two test drives on a couple of models we were interested in. Sat down with us and went through specifics patiently and professionally afterwards! I would highly recommend Karan to anyone!

We recently purchased a used vehicle from QEW KIA in Toronto, a 2011 Rondo EX. The vehicle had been designated certified by the service department at the point of sale. Upon driving the vehicle and taking it to our own mechanic, safety issues were discovered: faulty brakes and faulty exhaust being the most flagrant.
The service manager has not responded to our recent email (though in an earlier email she admitted that the car should not have been certified given the issues), nor has the manager of the dealership contacted us, as we are asking for compensation to have these issues resolved. Along with this, the communication within the service department appears to be less than optimal as they are in a general state of confusion whenever we approach them to have work done. A mess.
