Sadly, there is a character limit when writing a review, so I guess I'll have to leave some of the brutal experiences out, and just leave the highlights of the whole ordeal.And if there was an option to proceed with writing a review without any star, I would have. I have never had an issue with the service or technicians at this garage in years. However, there are not only new Service Advisors that are uneducated in the automotive industry here, but there are also technicians with chips on their shoulders.I called on Wednesday November 8th, 2023 regarding my Mom's new car. She bought a little Chevy Spark from this location, and it's still under warranty. I requested to speak with our regular Service Advisor, only to sadly be informed that he was no longer there (likely to move on to bigger and better things). So, I am passed through to speak to...let's call him Mennis, to save identity issues. Anyway, this guy gets on the phone and I inform him the issue with my Mom's car, and explain the part that needs replacing. He then attempts to argue with me, saying that I wouldn't be able to know that this was the faulty part (likely because I'm a woman...and what do women know, right?). I explain to him the troubleshooting that I had done on it (it's the passenger door window switch). "Well how do you know it's not the regulator?" Oh lord, here we go... "Well Mennis, I know it's not the regulator because the window goes up and down perfectly fine while I use the window switch on the driver's door." I ask him if he has one in stock. He then gets rude and flustered with me on the phone, claiming he can't find the part number. I sit on the phone while listening to him breathing, smacking his lips and annoyingly sighing as he states again that he is unable to find the part. "Okay, do you want me to find the part number and call you back with it?" I asked. To which he responds, "Yeah, do that." Why not? I mean, it's not MY job....but sure, Bud. I'll do that. Not even 30 seconds on the fiche and I get the part. I call him back, give him the part number to which he annoying responds with a "Yeah, well we don't have one in stock." At this point I wish he could read my facial expressions when I asked, "Okay, well could you order it please?". Now, fast forward to today, where I had to come in for my own vehicle. I'm already annoyed, as I found out that the one and only technician that remains there with integrity and a decent personality; is on holidays this week. Go figure, just my luck. But, I give this other the benefit of the doubt. Let's call him.....Ray. I brought my truck in, because the rear right wheel had a howl and had play in it. I had gotten a second opinion before calling and making an appointment with McQuarrie's. So anyway, Ray grabs the truck, brings it in, spends an hour with it up on the hoist wiggling wheels, lowers the truck, pulls it out and tells the Service Advisor (luckily not Mennis this time) that there's nothing wrong. He didn't leave the truck up on the hoist and respect to speak with me, ask me more details, nothing. Just, "Nope, nothing wrong". This is when I called my husband and told him to meet me at the garage, who luckily was also in Espanola at this time. I request the Service Advisor to have Ray put it back up on the hoist, because I know my truck and something is not right. I'm standing outside the bay door while he pulls it in. He pulls the truck in, walks to the bay door with the most ignorant facial expression and closes the door on my face. So, at this point my husband is there and the Service Advisor calls my husband (not me, the person who brought the truck in!) into the shop. Well, doesn't Ray scamper off away and leaves the Service Advisor in the shop to talk to husband (who at this point is questioning the integrity of this entire establishment, too). Run around service. Unprofessional service agents. 4+ months and still without my vehicle. Still waiting to hear back from any employees or owners about the status of my car. Went in for a transmission replacement (which they sought out independtly), broke down just after getting it back, returned and towed the car at my own expense and it still has not been rectified. No call back from a manager or owner since going in last week looking for answers. They really dont deserve any stars.

They do not deserve a star, very lousy service, buy your second hand car or truck somewhere else.

Made a few purchases there over the years. They are great to deal with and in fact all they guys are. Would be 5 stars but My only complaint is that the Mechanics can use some etiquette when getting into your vehicles though, and not bang their dirty workbooks all over the door panels and sills and have some more respect and be more aware.Recommend going here if you're looking to purchase a new ride though. Friendly and knowledgeable service as always.
