LET ME WARN EVERYONE!!!!! IF U TAKE UR CAR TO THIS SHOP U OUGHT TO KNOW THE WORK WON'T BE DONE AND IF THE WORK IS DONE ON YOUR CAR IT WILL BE DONE WRONG. THEY SAFETY CARS THAT ARE NO WHERE NEAR ROAD READY IN FACT OUT RIGHT DANGEROUS. MY CAR WAS RECENTLY CERTIFIED BY THIS SHOP AND THEY DONT EVEN TAKE YOUR CAR ON THE HIGHWAY!!! (eg. They told me that themselves) NOT ONLY THAT THEY CERTIFIED THE CAR WHEN FLAMMABLE FLUID WAS LEAKING ON AN EXHAUST THAT ALMOST CAUGHT FIRE WHILE DRIVING. SUSPENSION CLUNKING!!! SAY THEY CHANGED FLIUD WHEN THEY DON'T (I CHECKED THE FLUID AFTER THEY SO CALLED CHANGED IT ( FLUID WANST EVEN FLUID ANYMORE JUST CHUNKS. THEY COMPLETELY TORN A BUSHING WHILE INSTALLING IT (JUST LEFT IT). THESE GUYS ARE DANGEROUS PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DON'T TAKE UR CAR HERE OR ANYONE U LOVES CAR HERE AS THEY MAY NOT MAKE IT HOME. THIS SHOP NEEDS TO BE INVESTIGATED BY THE MINISTRY AND THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU.

Bad service the rudest office girls I have ever seen in my life.
Cody the mechanic was more than excellent , I will never go back or recomand this shop because of the rude girls in the office.

On our way through Erin we ran into car problems. Stopped by the shop without an appointment and they kindly helps us out fix the problem. Appreciate the great service, highly recommended

My son was on his way to work and his SUV broke down at 4:30 AM near Erin. He called me and I looked up Rob’s on the Internet and told him to go there and wait till they opened.
When they arrived at Rob’s, they quickly took a look at his vehicle very minor fix and sent him on his way
