Been buying regularly from them for a few years now, and everything's proven both comfortable and durable. Every person I've dealt with there has been an absolute gem.My wife did have a bad experience with staff in the boutique, attempting to return gloves that fit too large (she's usually a medium, but turns out needed XS). They were... let's say... less than polite, but not 10min after she emailed about it, the owner personally called to apologize. Everything's been straightened out, and I'll continue to gift all my relatives their gorgeous wares.
