Get dicked around for two weeks being fed promises left right an center, vehicle was scheduled for work on tuesday, wasn't touched an no one called to let me know, was told wednesday for sure as they only had two sets of tires to put on. I don't understand whats going on at this shop or why others are being scheduled in before me, i understand there is only one guy but then i call today an finally get fed up, cancel my appointment and I'm met with attitude and excuses after being patient and polite as well as lenient for the last two weeks. I don't believe the 4 and 5 star reviews, not even for a second.

I had some issues with the front end of my dodge Ram, I took it to Kawartha Transmission and James was very accommodating and a pleasure to deal with. Turned out to be cheaper than what I expected so thank you James, I wouldn’t go anywhere else

I've never had a bad experience with Kelly and his mechanic Braden. They're always professional, courteous and do great work. The price of the job is almost always bang on the estimate. I know I can trust them and they're honest about informing you of future work that may be necessary. I can't remember how long I've been a customer of Kelly's, but I been very happy since day one. I highly recommend them!
