After many years of getting my truck oil sprayed by Krown I start going to this location with my 3 month old truck.The next day after getting it sprayed I see the driver side seat is full of overspray To say I was pissed would be an understatement. Luckily Resolve,a clean scrub brush and a shop vac cleaned things up.Obviously they are either inept or very careless. I realize spraying oil on cars and trucks is not the most glamorous job in the world but when it is your bread and butter you just might run out or bread.I will never return.

I have taken my three vehicles here for three years, this year i notice rust coming from beneath the surface of my paint, i was suspicious of how this could be possible since i take extra care with my vehicles and always get them known oiled since new. I took a bore scope to the enclose spaces in question and sure enough they were dry, not just a little dry, Bone dry and rusting from the inside out. Regardless i took my first vehicle for the year to this folks and sure enough, they oiled only the surfaces on the outside which were easy to get at, i took lots of pictures, then i took my second and third vehicle to them and specifically talk to the owner about my problems letting him know i want all of the enclosed spaces oiled, i do not care about the surfaces where the oil is going to get washed off anyways! He reassured me he would do this and then said he had some employee problems and changes. I went home, check my truck and sure enough none of the bed rails, rockers, frame, basically no enclosed spaces were oiled. I phone him back and he said bring the vehicles back, I refused explaining that i had given him a chance to do it right after i had complained and they did another two vehicles terrible, i wanted my $505 back from all of my oil jobs that were no completed, and i wanted to part ways. He explained it was not his company policy to give refunds, i explained its not my policy to pay for a service i did not receive, that is stealing! I see that numerous people have had issue with this Krown service center, i am currently speaking with Krown Corporate and seeking legal action against this dealership, if you get your vehicle oiled here make sure you check all of the actually important enclosed spaces to see that they got oiled BEFORE you pay them! Had my vehicle up on a hoist to get winter tires on about a month after getting my car rust coated at Beckenhauer Garage in Elmwood. At this time I noticed that they had completely neglected to coat all along either side of the vehicle under the rocker panels and about a foot wide. I don't understand how this could possibly be overlooked (it was bone dry) but reading the reviews I see this issue is something other customers have dealt with so that makes it quite suspicious.No, i'm not going to reach out to you about this - i'm just going to take my business elsewhere.

Very happy with job. Went over vehicle after undercoat and was impressed with areas covered. Got inside engine where needed and struts and door hinges too. I’ll be back for sure
