My husband came into this pharmacy today (September 21, 2023) to get an prescription that was sent up from our Mississauga Falconer Pharmacy.My husband had to come up from the city due to me (his wife) was rushed to Georgian Bay Hospital with severe breathing issues and infection in both of my lungs.I was admitted into the ICU for several days until l was stable.With this unexpected emergency, my husband ran out of his high blood pressure and high cholesterol medications.Our pharmacist and family doctor in Mississauga faxed and allowed this prescription to be filled as we are not sure when l am allowed to travel.To our disgust, this RUDE pharmacist would NOT allow this prescription to be filled because he said we are not regular customers but all our personal and insurance information is on his file as we have used this pharmacy before, as recent as September 15th , when l had to fill my prescription from the Georgian Bay Hospital on my discharge.We have our summer home outside Elmvale and been customers for over 60 years.Well that comes to a END today !!!This UNPROFESSIONAL individual who calls himself a Pharmacist should find another job as he is DESTROYING the fantastic kind reputation the Whitfield family established over 70 years.Attention customers, go to any other Pharmacy in the area other than this Pharmacy in Elmvale.

Worst pharmacy I've ever had to deal with. I've been so stressed these passed days as this pharmacy withholds my medications from me and leaves me to scrounge my meds in the holiday season where hours are messed up. No one here communicates with each other, or listens, or knows how to follow basic doctors orders and I'm left to deal with it. I've been screwed over so many times and no one takes responsibility or cares. Nothing but rude customer service, to the point they had to be told that I have autsim to be then shown some decent respect and paitence in the form of babying me. They never have my prescriptions ready when I'm told they are to be, and not to mention in each phone call I have to tell them 3+ times in the same conversation I'm not a mam'. Also that for the longest time there were tampering with my meds because they didn't understand what my doctor had wrote and never bothered to call and confirm and decided to tamper with my medications instead. Can't wait to never deal with them again and am happy to be switching to the Pharmasave down the street who has really saved me and has worked everything out for me last minute.

Being new here,we chose this pharmacy to discover our blister packs, each had an error. I met with the staff member who had done the pills. She saw the error, gave me the correct pills & apologized. Situation resolved. Then...I met with Jim, the Pharmacist. He could not understand the error. It was a confusing conversation. He then asked me to remove my mask so he could read my lips. Said he needed a new battery in his hearing aid. Have never seen such disservice.
