Chris was one of the best in sales we’ve worked with. Finding the right truck was two months of chaos before we found Voisin’s. His knowledge of what he was selling was refreshing. He showed pride in his work by listening to what we wanted, answering All my questions, and not once but twice (or more lol) went back to the drawing board to find our “needle-in-a-hay-stack” of the perfect Truck that met every single one of our needs & wants! We can’t thank Chris & Kim enough for all the above and beyond’s they did for us! Extremely grateful! Absolutely Recommend!!!

I just had my Jeep serviced and once again excellent customer service! I called and they serviced my Jeep next day. They are willing to explain the service needed and are always very professional. I would recommend Voisin Chrysler to everyone.

The ONLY place I will have my vehicle serviced is Voisin’s! Not only is Voisin’s fairly priced, I also know I can trust them. The service attendants and mechanics are professional and will fit you in based on your need. At Voisin’s I feel comfortable, more than any other mechanic I’ve ever visited. I know the suggestions they make for my vehicle are fair, and only will they say anything if they truly believe it’s needed. As a company I appreciate their honesty and will absolutely be a life long customer.

They have a hard time getting the right engine oil filter for your vehicle. They do this for a living and still can’t get it right. Very disappointing!

I was looking to update my work truck with a Ram Promaster. Sales team at Voisin was great, the owner was awesome. And was there to help and answer any question, But Kim deserves 6 stars herself. Great experience, will be buying next truck here too.

I have been getting my truck serviced here last couple years and I can say the service has been phenomenal. Now I purchased a truck from here and I have to say. the sales team was everything I could have asked for, amazing. I've been telling others and will continue to do so. If my trucks need something, this is the place they will go. I've had some unpleasant experiences at other Chrysler's and now won't go anywhere else but voisins

John was super helpful -- over and above the call of duty.Story time: I stripped my wheel lug bolt key (some other shop overtorqued the bolts last time), and he offered to check if Voisin had the needed key. They did, so he offered to loosen the bolts off so I could replace them. In trying to loosen off the bolts, the dealership key broke too

I was super happy with my latest service experience at Voisin Chrysler Elmira. My Ram 1500 dash was quite festive with warning lights on for ABS, engine, traction control...had no 4WD, no cruise, no ABS. The maintenance team quickly figured out that it was a broken wheel speed sensor, which all things considered was a modest repair. The experience was extra easy as they had a loaner Jeep available for me to get back and forth from out of town. I was picturing my poor truck torn to pieces as they figured out what the evil geese and goats had eaten this time. Very happy to have the truck back in full working order with no warning lights -next day. Thanks!

Parts and service at this location are great! The mechanics do a good job and the dealership prices are very competitive.I would give it 5 stars but I had one of the sales team turn me off from buying a truck from the location a while back. It’s hard to say if he still works there or not though.
