Recently moved to Elmira and I'm almost a carnivore so needed to find a good local butcher. Tried their 14-day dry age ribeye for only $19! The marbling was great, meat was juicy. Will definitely be back! Would love to see a larger selection and thicker cuts!

Walked into the store . 1st time in the store . The butcher couldn't be bothered to stop talking to someone in the back to greet a customer . Looked at us a couple times . I just walked out. Not spending my money on a business that couldn't be bothered to ask if we needed help.

Got the best fresh meat ever skip the grocery stores and get your meat at Elimira Meat Market it is worth the drive and the owner and staff are great !

New to town so we stopped by this shop a couple months ago (before BBQ weather) and talked with the owner for a while actually. He welcomed us to the neighborhood, explained his own history here and his family's. Told us about his business and where some of his product was sourced from. We went back and got some of the seasoned burgers to try. My goodness, they are great. Easy to BBQ, cook extremely well and are tasty - with the minimal ingredients that they use. Would definitely recommend!!!PSA - apparently they only take cash or cheque.
