Had everything I needed
I got a liter of 10w30 synthetic blend motor oil and my blinkers stopped working on passenger front right and the guy helped me find 3157 bulbs to fix the problem and problem fixed
I'd rather buy my automotive stuff here at a Canadian store than support Walmart and the 3157 bulbs were over 3 dollars cheaper for same brand bulbs

I had to use the store because it is nearby home. I went in for a tire rotation for Tesla Model 3. Before going I checked the price of service a night before and the staff stated 35$. But on the bill it is 50$+tax. Excuse manager gives : We had a part time who did not know the actual charge
When I booked the appointment; it stated the tire rotation service as "Repositioning each tire to a new location based on industry recommendation to enhance the life of the tires. A multi-point inspection is included with this service."
There is no report of such an inspection. I asked to check the remaining thread depth and it was checked for only 1 tire and written on the invoice. The invoice does not have basic ODO information entered by checking the vehicle. The invoice has ODO in as 1 and ODO out as 1. The tires are not inflated to manufacturer recommendation. This store does careless auto service that could lead to dangerous consequences.

Deliberately tried to make returns hard. Staff must be trained to handle returns.

Had a great experience dealing with Kate in Auto Service/Parts. I needed tires for a old specialty car. The CT parts system was a failure and few manufacturers make this size any longer. Kate took all necessary information and was able to locate the proper tires at a decent price from a supplier that I wouldn't have been unable to locate.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Melissa the manager. She handled the situation in a very professional manner. She went further then most would to provide the service needed to complete the sale of the paddle board. A true credit to your store. Thank you for helping out and giving myself a positive story to share to others.
