My son bought a napa power starter at the Elliot Lake store and it was defective. It was returned the following business day and was confirmed as being defective. My son paid $306.95 for the defective part and told there was nothing that could be done for him. My husband went in and he was told the same and that the "sales associate" would have to talk to the boss and he would give my husband a call back. (No call back, and its a small town so we are well aware that my husband was talking to the boss) To be clear this is a kid in his early 20s that had to pay that amount to fix his car to get to work. Not only was he out that amount once but then had to go and purchase another one (NOT FROM NAPA) to get his car running. Living in a small town you want to shop local but with this kind of customer service we will not be shopping at Napa in Elliot Lake. Also please note the issue was also emailed to Napa Canada 4 days ago and no response has been received. I have sent another email to Napa Canada looking for a solution. Guess next step will be to contact CBC???

I am about to bring my quad back in for the third time for the same problem. I get the impression that parts are installed by guessing what is wrong without actual diagnosing. I am in for around $800.00 with nothing resolved. I am part of an ATV club and I have not been able to join in many club rides this summer due to the incompetency of the service techs.I am at my wits end.I have heard a lot of negative things about this place, and now I know why.

Terrible - as in NO - service. We waited at the counter. Someone was being served and two employees looked at us but did not ask us of we needed help. We needed help and wanted to buy 2 batteries. We walked out and went to Maslack. We were served and the gentleman loaded them into our car!! Great service at Maslack.

The store had a sale on boots but didn’t have my size in stock. They ordered my size and had them within 5 days. Very friendly staff and great service.

Somehow my order for a carb rebuild kit got delayed (pandemic overload was probably the reason!) and John kept trying to find out what had happened. Finally it came in and John called me to inform me it had arrived and he brought the part straight to my door...even though I had yet to pay for it...he said "I trust you....come in on Monday and we will straighten up. I know you were waiting for this part and I'm sorry it took longer then normal to come in" - Wow!!! Customer service and small town trust etiquette...I certainly will be doing business with these guys again!!!

Their mechanics are poorly trained. They change parts with no mechanical understanding. They charge lots and replace parts unnecessarily. Ask around.
