It's not too big, but you can find everything you need. Friendly and helpful stuff.

I went in the store on Friday last week the staff was really friendly even helped me get my stuff off the high shelves cause I’m short but they were super friendly the only issue I had was the cashier at the front she didn’t offer me a bag nor was she polite I was placing my stuff on the counter and she got rude and told me to slow down and then rushed me out the door no thank you have a great day nothing I was not impressed by that but other then that the customer service was good from other members of the team

Smallest store ever!! 1/2 an aisle is the whole department. Cramped and piled high. Can't find anything. Staff is OK though.

It's a good store but it is the only Canadian Tire that does not allow dogs

I went into the Canadian Tire garage today (with no appointment) just to see if they could change my old Nissan sedan's battery on the same day (another local auto shop was rude, and didn't want to do it without also replacing the entire motor)...and I got exactly what I wanted plus superbly friendly service from a gentleman at the garage front desk. I would recommend this Elliot Lake location to anyone.

Made an appointment for an oil change one week prior to going.
When I went they had no idea.
Waste of time.
I should have learned my lesson the first time I went here for a new starter motor install and ended up with a battery that I didn't need and Left with my bad starter motor

I went in to buy some mouse poison, and what do I see?..... Little housekeeping has been set up! Looks like peanuts are on the menu! Welcome to Canadian Tire Elliot Lake

The store is decent, but I have dealt with that rude Deb lady at the front several times, latest was yesterday, (05/25/24) all because I asked for help in the $#!+ show of the garden area! She lost it on me for speaking my opinion of that area! I just laughed it off. Her feeble attempts to be kind to frustrated customers & co workers, is an unfortunate reflection of her lack of empathy and understanding of their needs. Her temper tantrums are getting worse! For whatever reason, management turns a blind eye, otherwise why is she still at the front of the store and not pushing a broom in the back room? It's is beyond my comprehension!

Staff is always right there to help you. The person at the service desk at the front, is very pleasant, knowledgeable and knows where to direct us to what we are looking for.

I was at this store last week and as I was checking out, the head cashier started raging on her fellow employee who was helping to clear an obstruction near the washroom. I felt sorry for him and when I saw him in the parking, I explained to him that her actions toward him was disgusting especially in front of customers.
This action was clearly workplace harrasment, and should not be tolerated. There is no reason for anyone to work in a poisoned atmosphere
I also seen her being very sarcastic and rude towards customers as well.
Someone from HR should have a word with her in regards to her belligerent attitude.

Great staff, and all the Canadian Tire you would expect. In a small package.
