“After several Bristol rental experiences, including different sizes of cube vans and cargo vans, I've found that the experience is as good as it gets. Bristol's fleet is more than diverse enough to meet most people's needs, and their prices are a bit better than their competitors. Most importantly, Bristol staff, at least at their Scarborough location, are second-to-none. Nisant and Michael, in particular, were impressively knowledgeable, patient with my technical questions, extremely efficient, and refreshingly courteous. The next time I need to move a significant amount of furniture or appliances, I'll rely on their service, and I regularly recommend it to others, because it eclipses the other rental companies I've tried.”

“Tariq was especially helpful- when he called about the install he asked about wiring which I didn’t have or know I needed. I talked to several U-Haul employees but he was the only person who mentioned this requirement. If not for him, I would have showed up to pick up the part & not been able to pick up a trailer without doing the installation in advance. He fit me in same day and gave me a break on the price. Knowledgeable, friendly, efficient & fast. Extraordinary experience. If they had the trailer size I needed I would have preferred to bring my business here. Mary at front desk and the young man assisting him were also super friendly & helpful. This location embodies what every U-Haul experience should be.”

“I was worried about this location after reading the reviews, but this was the only one in the area that had a truck available.It was a fast reservation process (online, same-day), fast check-in and checkout. Good location, 10 mins walk from Yonge end Steeles..The only issue is that the phone response is sporadic. Not sure what's wrong with their phone but its difficult to call them. I was able to reach out eventually, but it took several attempts.”
“My little cousin called last minute …like Friday afternoon …on the 1st of the month lol and needed help moving. Needless to say, getting a truck was almost impossible. I went in 8:30am without a reservation and the guy said he was fully booked but promised to call me if something became available. While waiting I ended going to 3 other locations and also nothing. We finally decided to go for brunch to wait it out and also As a backup I ended up making an online booking for the next day. Well I got a call around noon and we had her moved and the truck back by 5pm. The staff were visibly tired from a long day but were extremely patient, got me everything we needed and gave clear instructions for the return process and also helped me cancel by backup reservation. It was a long day but we got it done. Now this is a small outfit in the middle of downtown. Reminds you a bit of a mechanic shop waking area 3 seats and you’ll likely be standing outside for the most part if there is a line but I had a unique situation. If you are able to book online do it. Straight forward but kind staff and I wasn’t expecting that but appreciated it. I’m hoping she doesn’t have to move anytime soon but if she does and it’s downtown this is where I’ll be.”

Clean modern local convenient - the desk staff were great - Kayla and Eyshanna - in the middle of a move for staging - storage - move to actually move - their clam and friendly presence was greatly appreciated
I like the flexible terms being able to move out mid month and get a rebate - that's great service
We used Laird - great loading docks for the big truck and drive into the building for smaller stuff
I think I would rate this company and it's methods and practice as 110%
Not that I want to move again LOL - but if I do they will be at the top of the list !
