I had the worst experience with this company. These people are time wasters, plus very unprofessional that the most important thing to them is arguing with the customer and getting the last word. Is that how you steal money from people? By moving at snail speed, keep arguing with them, and stand around taking unauthorized breaks on their time and money? Plus the movers that came seemed not very physically fit, out of breath, and complained the boxes were too heavy. We have moved all over the country and had even more stuff before this, and we never got a single complaint. Perhaps your workers should go to the gym and exercise some more. They were moving so slow and couldn't hold a single box by themselves that I even had to help them. If this is the usual performance that your employees conduct, perhaps you should hire me. The move that usually takes 5 hours took 8, even with me helping them AND leaving all the boxes downstairs of our new home because they weren't physically fit enough to carry them upstairs. As for the men that came, one of them was okay although he was weak and complained about the boxes. Another one was very disrespectful and talked to us in a sarcastic tone, wasted time barking at a passing dog, and smiled some more at us sarcastically when we told him what needed to be done. Plus he put some of our stuff on top of the stove and turned it on. The team leader seemed to have some respiratory disease and kept breathing hard regardless of whether the object he was holding was light or heavy. Then to top it all off after the move, he lies to us that we will need to hire superman movers next time. I had another company where a guy much smaller than him carried a bookcase by himself when for this one, all three of them had to carry the same one. So this guy really needs to keep his mouth shut. Due to the fact that they could not do a simple job, laziness, discourteous behavior towards their customer, while wasting our time mouthing off and blaming us, I would not recommend this company to anyone. It's not a great idea to trust a company like this with your personal stuff. In the end, you may have to pay $500 above the estimated price like we did. Then for some reason, we as the customer gets the blame for their own incompetence as a company.

Very poor customer service from Mike. I called and I gave delivery location and he ask me to verify email and confirm if delivery address is correct. Certainly when i called back and advise that address is incorrect he started accusing me of giving false info. I invited him to pull the phone call to listen whose error , he freaked out and started arguing. I have never ever lived in Scarborough not sure where he got a complete Scarborough address for me. Am glad I knew now and I cancelled the COW service. Very poor behavior from you Mr Mike. I invite you to listen to pull up the phone recording, that would be amazing.

This is really an excellent company! Punctual, efficient and great customer service.The movers were extremely professional and friendly! They were very fast and treated all of my stuff with care! I would definitely recommend this company to everyone I know! Thank you!

I used this company on May 15, 2020 and I would say my experience was ok, but not great.I was a moving a 3 bedroom house. They were scheduled to show up up at 9am but they showed up at 10. 3 movers showed up and I would say 2 were polite and hard working throughout the entire move. One of the men, who appeared to be the team leader was abrasive and complained throughout the day. They worked hard and quickly to pack up the truck with care.When the truck was packed up I watched them close the truck and we agreed to meet at the next house so that everything could be unloaded. I was waiting at the next house for over 1.5 hours without the truck showing up.I called the moving company and spoke with the manager to find where the truck was. The manager gave me the location of the truck and the time the truck left my previous house. The time stamp showed that they sat in the truck In front of the first house not moving for over an hour. I explained this to manager and he started yelling at me telling to ask the driver and that the gps doesn’t lie.The truck eventually arrived at the second house and the movers all smelled like weed, so I assume they were smoking weed in front of the first house for an hour or so, which caused the delay.A 4th mover showed up at the second location (which I was charged for), who was rude and did not move my property w same care and attention as the other movers. I watched him nonchalantly walk things in to walls and doors, causing minor damage to several items.I would say that overall they moved pretty quickly and there was only minor damage to a few items which I would expect with any move.I think I was over charged 1 hour. Had this delay no occurred I would have tipped the movers, so I would say I came out paying about the same overall.It wasn’t a horrible experience overall, but I would suggest a little more professionalism could have made it better.

These guys were awesome!Moved my 2bedroom unit in the dead of Winter too their Storage Build on the East-end of Toronto for a month while I was between locations.The three Movers I got were right on time and thoughful to the situation at hand(winter conditions and slightly still packing),They helped with clearing and salting the steps and even helped me load up a few of the last minute boxes I had going on.I completely blanked on taking apart my Bed frame and dinning table(family antique), but these guys had it under control. The right tools and protection for my belongings. I was very impressed!All in all, loaded my place(West Toronto, then off- loaded into storage(East Toronto) in great timing.Just had my belongings moved from storage after the month of February to my new place in T.O and couldn't be happier! Great price and stellar customer service.Certainly have and do recommended these guys!And if I ever have to move in Winter again(lets hope not) I will remember to shovel ahead of time hah!5/5!

Brutally bad experience. At 9pm they refused to move any more furniture into the house. The left an entire storage unit full which I had to do with my wife the next day. When I called TSC the next day I was told "what is with YOU PEOPLE!" I would never recommend TSC Movers.To Respond to TSC comments and correct them. Yes started at 3pm. Yes they told me that overtime was $20 a hour which I agreed to. There was no discussion of "tools down" and stop working at 9pm. As agreed to in advance and part of your sales pitch was to reduce the cost of the boxes (we had already bought) as they were normally included. Third, I recorded our conversation my phone when I came in to return the boxes that's when you used the derogatory reference "YOU PEOPLE".So bring our your slander suit and I am pleased to play your recording to anyone whom asks.Best for you to accept you did a terrible job, with appalling customer service. Just apologize.

0 stars - PASS ON THIS COMPANY! This business should be called WDSU: Water Damage Storage Units. DOES NOT RETURN CALLS BUT WILL REPLY TO REVIEW. Our storage/moving has costs us thousands of dollars in replacement thanks to the water damage in the storage unit. This is AFTER +$3000 in storage fees and moving costs.The owner actually alerted us to the water leaks. He knows the water in the unit damaged the goods but does not return calls! We have a water damaged mattress, 2 carpets and other pieces covered in mould. This has cost us THOUSANDS - New mattress, new headboard, new carpets = +$5,000. Bought furniture lately? Its EXPENSIVE. He has insurance of course but will not do the right thing. IF you do choose Toronto Moving & Storage and Toronto Service Center don't be shocked if your goods get damaged and they are not accountable. ZERO accountability.

Very hard workers and very conscientious of your belongings. Could likely benefit from doing in home assessment of belongings to ensure storage and vehicles are appropriate for needs of customers. Good guys to hire though and rates are very competitive.

Wide variety of animals. Felt sorry for the giraffe. Simply not enough space . Afican restaurants should have African food on the menu! More benches are needed for resting as plenty of walking is required.
