I been to the chocolate messenger so many times to have their crepes. I always order Nutella with no fruit. It was so good. But then I stopped going there for way too long because I go to the another crepe place closer to my place called Sava crepe. It’s so good but sava always not open on Mondays.

I was waiting for my daughter when I've decided to check them out. I'm new to the area, so once I was in, I asked if they had hot chocolate. There was a lot going on inside and I was told that they were getting the store ready for a big upcoming delivery. I then told to this blond lady whom I'd assume was one of the owners, that I'd gladly come back another day and time after they were settled and that I fully understood that they needed peace and quiet at that moment. Fortunately (or unfortunately) a very friendly guy really, insisted that he could get me the drink so I've decided to stay. That woman then started telling the guy that he should ask permission from somone who was downstairs before taking my order (The store was open btw). I felt really uncomfortable at that point and repeated that I'd be more than happy to come back later since they were busy. The guy said that it wouldn't be a problem, but that lady kept on telling him to get it checked before making the drink. As he went downstairs I was left there with this clearly worked up person and at some point, just trying to make conversation, I asked if they were new there and she literally scoffed, saying they had been there for many years as if I was obliged to know all about a small chocolate store. I've waited about a 15min in the store because at this point, I didn't have the heart to say to that excellent customer-oriented guy that I'd never be coming back there. We all have bad days, but If you're a store owner and if you think it's gonna be too complicated to manage store decorations and attending to your customers, make yourself a favor and close your doors, it's quite reasonable and you wouldn't lose customers. I was happy for the service that representative provided me but not enough to try their products ever again.

Best customized chocolate in the town. The lady in the counter was friendly and courteous. We loved their dark chocolate Hazel nut cookies.

Got a box of sugar-free chocolates as a gift. They were great - tasted as good or better as 'regular' chocolates - and were well enjoyed by the recipient.

Their truffles are amazing!! Just had a mango truffle and it tasted like I was biting in to a fresh mango - covered with delicious chocolate!!

I did not get the name of the kind lady who helped me today, but I called very last minute needing an emergency "apology" gift basket. She took care of everything and had the basket ready within the hour. I am so appreciative and highly recommend!

I was walking by this place last winter and felt like a warm drink. I tried their hot chocolate which was advertised outside on a sign. The staff make it on order and they use melted chocolate and milk. It was delicious and the way hot chocolate should be. Worth the wait for the preparation. There was another person behind me who ordered the hot chocolate. The funny thing is that the staff let the person behind me pay before me which I thought was odd. This is the only reason I’m giving this place a 4 star vs 5. They have a lot of chocolates for sale and they all look good.

I had ordered a video game controller customized chocolate bar for my sibling's birthday from a chocolatier from Pennsylvania. Despite paying her so much it still arrived 2 days after the event which defeated the whole point of ordering it in the first place. But guess who rescued me in this crisis? The chocolate Messenger! They were so beyond cooperative! When i explained about my shipment delay they made sure they helped me. They went all the way and ordered a special mould simply for my order and within two days my chocolate was ready, and the price was way beyond my imagination.It was so affordable I cant even begin to start. They are wonderful and I regret for not thinking locally and ordering the chocolate from PA in the first place. Should have resorted to the chocolate messenger way earlier. They are the best. Will always go to them from now on :)

My expectations were absolutely exceeded. I found this company with a Google search in need of a customized chocolate present for a very special birthday. Not only was the customer service super friendly and very helpful, the final product was exceptional. I took a chance with a random find, listened to the advice and product choice that was recommended to me and am so pleased I did. Thank you, thank you, thank you! Highly recommend!

They did an amazing job of my Mother's Day order which included a smash box, truffles, chocolate covered popcorn and puddles. Everything was delicious, and delivered on time.
