I recently had a rather unpleasant visit to the beer store on a Saturday night, and I feel compelled to share my disappointment. The employee on duty exhibited a shocking lack of courtesy, making the overall experience quite unpleasant. The unkept appearance of the staff only added to the negative atmosphere.Furthermore, it's disheartening to note that a staggering 90% of the beer available was warm. This not only reflects poorly on the store's commitment to quality but also raises questions about their handling of products. Warm beer is a deal-breaker for many customers, and it's disconcerting to see such a high percentage of inventory being stored in suboptimal conditions.I hope the management takes these concerns seriously and addresses the need for improved customer service and product quality. A clean and welcoming environment, along with a more considerate and attentive staff, would undoubtedly enhance the overall experience for patrons.

Bottle return was my goal - efficient & friendly staff,well stocked store with large walk in fridge - ample parking - hard egress during rush hour; busy corner - I’d avoid if possible or enter coming south via DonLands and leave going west via O’Connor. Cheers
