Joe at Sure Choice has always delt with me in a fair manor. I have never felt abused as a dude who knows virtually nothing about mechanics when dealing with them.
As a matter of fact, years ago I bought a 2000 Ford Expedition from a friend in California. It had 60,000 miles when I drove it to Toronto. Two weeks after I registered the vehicle here my transmission started jerking the car , so I had to get it towed to Sure Choice. The vehicle was just over 5 years old and always serviced at the dealership.
I didn't trust Ford as they originally told me that I could transfer the Ford extended warranty that my friend had on it in L.A. and I just had to pay $100. Well that fell through.
Joe said his guys really didn't have much time on this vehicle and if I could leave it he would have them diagnose the problem in their spare time which would save money.
Joe kept it 3 weeks and ultimately found that a screw was loose in the " Brain" of the car. Since it started to happen two days after I left it at the dealership for a day so they could transfer the extended warranty, which they didn't.

This was my first time visiting Sure Choice, based on a recommendation from a neighbour for a tire change and balance.
They were able to book me in right away and the service was fast and very friendly.
Plan to return next time we need work done on our car.

Only been here twice but these folks are fast and friendly and reasonably priced. I just had them repair a tire but they dealt with me like it was just as important as anything else. And they were able to get to it immediately and move on to the bigger jobs they were doing.

Had gone to replace my tires on Saturday (13 may). They did a quick job but they lost my original Hyundai elantra hub cap. When i called them Monday morning they said they dont have it and said you drove your car back so it must have fallen which also means they haven’t done their job well. On calling the Hyundai dealership it was noted that the cap cost around $70.Overall, a bad and expensive experience. Tired replacement cost 124 + 70 for the cap.I would recommend to make sure pls get the things double check before leaving the shop or you might get a big hole in your pocketTo your reply- there were 4 cap.
