Excellent experience. Great staff, always very polite, welcoming and clarifying all my questions. My only comment would be on the fact that the price increases after 3 months. I am sure it was on the terms and conditions, but I did not expect it. Overall very satisfied!

Excellent customer service!!!! Daryl was super nice, very knowledgeable and professional! Everything got explained perfectly! The place is unbelievably clean! It is worth all the money the you spend. I definitely recommend this business.

Everything about the space and all staff at the wicksteed storage mart exceeds my expectations ! Paul and Mavis the office staff are so welcoming and effective and go out of their ways to make this an extraordinary experience every time I am there . They assisted me with my move to a smaller unit today and I could not have done it without them . I highly recommend this facility for all storage needs

Be careful storing any valuables at this place. I had my locker robbed at this facility. Filed a police report and the camera footage was mysteriously not available. Definitely an inside job as my lock was not even cut (they probably had a master key as I bought the lock from them). Just felt the need to give people a heads up (wish I had one)

Super easy to get set up, Daryl was very helpful in giving us a run down and getting us started. More affordable than other storage in the same area. Kept very clean, easy to access any time of day with personal vehicles or moving trucks. Quick and easy to end the term when I no longer required it. Would likely use them again if I need storage again in the future!
