Was there on the weekend specifically to buy an office chair on Black Friday sale.
They've opened a Service Ontario office at the rear of Staples store so all of the Service Ontario customers were sitting in all of the office chairs as they were awaiting their number to be called.
So not only could I not see the chairs cause they were all being sat on but I couldn't sit in them either.
Didn't buy and won't be back. Poorly manged store for sure.
No need to repond to my post with useless platitudes that are meaningless. Just fix the problem

Thanks for removing the chairs people were using to sit and wait for their turn at the Service Ontario. You could have replaced them with cheaper plastic ones found in the main waiting area because there’s clearly way too few of them, but because you care so much about the physical health of everyone you’ve decided to encourage more people to stand up and wait for hours. I bet the elderly and the disabled are super grateful for this thoughtful move on your part.

Love staples a lot since knowing they take back returns and have a shipping and delivering service it has become a place on my daily trip. Love how staples transformed from when I was younger it has become a necessity on my daily task. So much does this business offer from miscellaneous products to the other one that has been there for years before having computer and tech things.

Staples is usually reliable for office supplies and services, but my experience with mobile photo orders was slower than expected. Printing Polaroid photos is a simple task, so faster service would have made it a much better experience.

Visited staples today and I was very happy with customer service.Mr.Babak was very kind , helpful and I was happy to continue shopping he was excellent we need more people like Mr.Babak in all stores.

We just went here for renewing health card. And since we're already at staples, there were deals for phones and just got curious about it and the sales rep was nice and attentive.

Order a sign and wait forever ! It’s a good practice to improve your patience! They will tell you wait, then we will get back to you, then the job is done it’s on its way!!!, then wait wait wait , week after week, week after week, no sign! It’s really frustrating!!!
