Had a great experience with Sebastian at the upstairs sports equipment shop when I took my snowboard in to get waxed. Friendly guy who gets stuff done.

Went to the Laird Sport Chek and can't say enough about how helpful everyone was. My wife and I were buying a bunch of ski stuff and everyone who helped us was friendly, patient and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend this location

Was it bit frustrating going there today. I went in search of a road hockey stick, and Sport Chek has a fantastic deal on Sherwood sticks that are quite resilient. However, I struggled to find someone familiar with hockey which I found baffling at a Sport Chek.Thankfully, I went to the sales register and found an ultra=pleasant young man whose name I have forgotten who went upstairs with me (he even admitted that he was not a hockey expert, which at the cash registers isn't such an issue) found someone who had an idea where the sticks might be. They found the product I was searching for and then the young man cashed me out.Full disclosure: I was very hungry and de-caffeinated, and I desperately wanted to get home so any delay seemed intolerable. I will say that Sport Chek employees are very pleasant even if you are not, so I know there is a lot of complaining here for a 4/5. I would suggest having a copy or photo of the product which you want. And don't shop after a workout before eating.

I was buying a pair of boots and when I asked them to hold onto it at the cash so that I could continue browsing, they proceeded to toss it on the ground. They're just shoes, but this was a lack of respect for customers.

Terrible online ordering and customer service experience! I ordered a 4 pack of Nuun electrolyte tablets to pick up in store. Got home with the box, opened the package to discover that 2 of the 4 tubes were not in the box! Called the store, and had to talk to 4 different people and spent 30 minutes to figure out what was going on. I was told finally that they "couldn't find" the other 2 tubes, but filled the order anyway and charged me for the 4 pack, plus wasted my time to go and get the product. They will refund me for the other tubes in 2 to 3 business days. When I spoke to a manager to complain, they said they had "no control" over how orders are fulfilled and that I needed to speak with someone else. So ridiculous. Won't be ordering from them ever again.Update:Waited the 3 business days, then one more...still no refund. Called the store. They in fact CANNOT refund me for 2 of the tubes due to the fact that the tubes came in a pack of 4. So they lied to me...And hoped maybe I'd forget? Now I have to physically return to the store to get the 2 tubes they should have given me to begin with. HUGE waste of my time. Never will I give them my business again!

Today, I visited Sport Check with the intention of purchasing a mug marked at $9, down from its original price of $35. Unfortunately, the manager on duty not only refused to honor the marked discount but also displayed rude behavior throughout the interaction. This experience left me deeply disappointed as a customer. I hope the management can address these issues to ensure better customer service in the future.

While I was waiting for Silva to bring me my pair of shoes, out popped Dominic with the most beautiful smile, and positive energy, asking if I needed any help. We chatted for a minute then in an instant Silva returned with my shoes. I went to pay at the front counter and found out my shoes were 50% off. I asked Asal if I could go and grab another pair and she was so accommodating, holding my shoes, even double checking the sizes in the box. Silva got me another pair without hesitation and returned within 30 secs. Asal checked my second pair to make sure they were matching sizes. I spent under 10 mins to achieve all of this. Wonderful, fast, friendly staff and good prices/deals to boot. Would highly recommend this location.

Worst customer service, and Managment service. The staff is unaware of the location of items, the discount signs are intentionally misplaced, and no way to report complaint in the store!
