This store sets the bar for excellent customer service.I went in with a small issue with a pair of slippers and they were able to resolve it without issue, despite my not matching all the criteria for an exchange or refund.Further, and to reiterate another comment, there is zero pressure and everyone I dealt with has been incredibly pleasant.While the prices are not the lowest, the quality is top notch and it's not unusual to get 10+ years use out of these (or 20+ if you take care of your stuff properly), so the value is definitely there.Highly recommended for high quality shoes, slippers, & purses and customer service.

Store manager Robert is amazing, my mom deals with some mental health issues and struggles with certain challenges and Robert and his staff were very empathetic and helpful to her from start to finish while providing absolutely amazing shoes. This is absolutely a business you should go to support as you will provided amazing service and the coolest footwear on the market!

My shoes broke down after 1 month of wearing in my business - just standing in them and walking short distances. I was advised by customer service to take them to a repair place and submit the receipt instead of standing behind their product and replacing it. I spent $500 on a pair of shoes that should have lasted longer than this and I’m really disappointed that the company doesn’t stand behind their product.

The service in this store is very special. The store manager Lee and his assistant Brenna give amazing customer service and NEVER try to "encourage" you to buy a pair that you are not 100% happy with.
The brand itself stands for comfort and quality footware.
