Samantha was a pleasure to deal with and very helpful in selecting fabrics, setting up a visit to the Statum showroom, dealing with a minor delay on the side of the manufacturer (inevitable in the current crisis) arranging for delivery etc..In the end, the item we ordered was only marginally more expensive than it would have been from a big box store, but of much, much better quality - fit and finish are excellent and assembly was easy.
