“I started shopping here about 8 months ago and the products have been consistently delicious and fresh. Outside of the fresh meats, there's a nice variety of prepared foods and hard to find products. They also have a nice selection of frozen foods. Definitely recommended and will continue shopping here.”

A couple times I've outlined an upcoming event, or asked for their advice on a dinner idea, and with their guidance always knocked it out of the park. Quality product and people.”

Everywhere supplies great quality - but during the Christmas Holidays when I wanted to do a Tomahawk, and no other place in the city could get me one - Kostas came through. That's what separates good from great. Great comes through when the others can't. Thanks for the excellent service!”

“I have been going to the Meat Dept. for many years now ever since I first went to their Danforth location. Yes there are a few butchers close to where I live, but I always go back to the MD. From the rock and roll always playing, to the friendly staff, it has never let us down. Also, the meat is top quality and seems on par with what it should cost for what you get. The kids have grown up with me going to MD and always know to look for the circle sign with the cleaver on it when on Roncy. We did our annual steak dinner for NYD and the steak was excellent as always. Thanks MD.”

“Lots of variety, and nice store, friendly staff I have bought lots of products and mostly am happy but a few times I have got meats that tasted off. Please just double check dates . I bought turkey and it was packed on the same day as best before..my fault for not looking but meat was spoiled. I have purchased pork that smelled off too. I had to throw it unfortunately”
