I had an outstanding experience at this LCBO store. A special shout-out to Phin, who truly made the visit exceptional. His knowledge about wines was impressive, and he patiently guided me through the options, helping me find the perfect bottle for my occasion. Phin was not only incredibly knowledgeable but also kind and approachable, making the entire experience enjoyable. I highly recommend this store to anyone looking for quality wines and exceptional customer service. I’ll definitely be coming back!

This is one of the better lcbo stores, service is topnotch, employees will go out of their way and beyond to assist you. Today was a prime example, Katt was assisting me but the cabinet lock was broken she couldn't get my bottles, took my name and number, a few hours later my bottles was put aside for pickup. The lcbo needs more employees like Katt, who is passionate and just loves her job, i greatly appreciate.

To put it quite simply.. the service was above and beyond by Pinn. Although everybody was eager to assist, Pinn went on a wine selection that I was not familiar with explained all the details and made his recommendations..Pinn was extremely knowledgeable in what I was looking for and guided me in the right direction. Took me to the cash and meticulously packaged my items and waited very patiently while I rummaged through my wallet for my Aeroplan card that I couldn't find and then I managed to find an email with my account number on it and made a great suggestion by adding my airplane number into my phone as a contact and that way I will always have it. Wow! what an experience in high level customer service!
