I just recently got my truck undercoated here and it came highly recommended by my mechanic. The turn around time was quick but i did notice when inspecting my truck they missed a few spots. I'm not too bothered since I'm storing my truck away for the winter but for $180 i would expect a bit more attention to detail. My experience with the front desk staff was less than satisfactory, not sure if they were having a bad day or they just didn't want to answer my questions, but the attitude i received was not what I would expect from front desk staff. I wish I could say I had a good experience with this place but overall I don't think i will be returning here.

The customer service was good, but I was really disappointed with the rustproofing job. After the service, I found that my front wheel fenders and suspension were totally dry, with no product applied. The engine and engine mounts also didn’t get sprayed properly. I’ve had much better experiences at the Aurora and Newmarket locations, where they did a more thorough job. I’m considering going to another Krown location to get it done right, even if I have to pay again

I've been taking my vehicles here for years. There was a time you would have to park your vehicle on the street if you did not want the excess rustproofing oil to drip and stain your driveway. But now, barely a few drops. I'm now wondering if my car was treated at all!

Im taking my Car here from last 3 years and they doing very good job. I recently noticed under my car while changing the oil it was beautifully coated oil and no signs of rust. I highly recommend this place.

After the rust proofing was applied and I drove off the lot, I noticed my brakes were barely working. Turns out they broke the brake line on my car. They did not take responsibility for it whatsoever, nor did they provide even a partial refund of the rust proofing job as a form of compensation. Had to get my car towed to a mechanic. Will not be going back.

My appointment time was honoured. The man who helped me was friendly and gave me a few pointers on what to expect and do over the best couple of days.
